This hotel is huge and spread out over a large area, with some steep inclines especially to the beach, rooms near the snack bar pool and main dining complex. Plenty of sun beds around several pools. Fab cafe at front of hotel which is included...More

By arrival: refrigerator was heating instead of cooling, TV did not work, and technical equipment on the roof was very noisy :-( 38ml showergel + 38ml hair shampoo and a very teeny soap a person for 10 days!!!! At the reception not a friendly staff....More

This is a beautiful and clean hotel with many amenities. They have playgrounds and pools and a local beach area that is secluded and great for snorkeling. The rooms are spacious with a large balcony. Other rooms have a smaller balcony. Live shows every evening....More

Yes they required the passport overnight, much the same as many places we have been to in the past, we had no issues, however it did seem easy to pick them up the next day, just gave room number and they were handed to us... More
