Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here for 1 night as my son was gettting married in Bicester. There was 11 of us all staying and the staff in the restaurant couldnt of been more accomodating, especially Alex, who was the greeter at the door when we arrived. He was very welcoming, interested in what we were all doing there and made sure we were well looked after all evening, definitely a credit to the Hotel. The food was also excellent too. Also Phil who was on check in duties when we checked in. He was instantly on hand to help us with any problems and when asked if we could maybe keep 1 room until 1.00pm the next day he made sure the person on duty the next morning would sort that for us. Suzanne on reception certainly did. This is your typical Premiere Inn, what you get is whats on the tin, except this has the best staff i have ever come across. Thank you.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is really tired. The room (14) smelt badly of damp. I asked for another room but the hotel was full. Other hotels in the area were fully booked so I was stuck. A bad nights sleep too. The room was tired but fairly clean. The air conditioning was ineffective. The breakfast at the Brewers Fare was very good with a good choice and efficient staff. I wouldn't stay here again.

A wonderful Easter break to see family. I would highly recommend this hotel. Super friendly staff and great quality for money. I travelled with my 2 children and was asked to call reception if I required assistance or help, kind gestures are appreciated.

We stayed here to visits friends for a long weekend. The hotel was nice and clean staff friendly. Only a minor niggle that the air conditioner kept switching itself off. So had to switch on again as I was woken by being hot. The brewers Fayre provides a good breakfast.

Stayed here several times over the last 10 years. Still good but I have a feeling it is a little tired in places. The carpets and bathrooms are examples. Avoid Brewers Fayre, the food is awful but alternatives are now available close by in the newly built plaza.

The bed cover had a mark on so had to ask for it to be changed. One of the lights in the bathroom stopped working. The tiles in the bathroom has black mauled. Dust in certain spots. Marks on the carpet. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. It’s good that we got a mini fridge in the room.

The best essential hotel I have visited: ideally located at walking distance from the Bicester Shopping Village. Plenty of free parking available. New, clean and well kept room with all the amenities I could need. Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast in the family restaurant nearby!

Stuart the NTM was brilliant!! Upgraded us to a prem plus and could not have been any more help! He was one of the best employees I have ever seen at a premier inn(considering I work in one as well). Room was good as well nice and clean thanks to Kelly k I think!
