Sam is the owner and is not afraid to do work he could easily have others do. This owner was cutting the grass today and had pieces all over him as he smiled for a picture. He owns the resort and much of the land and is very humble. The food I had last night, Jollof and Tilapia was incredible.... More

I absolutely love Abuesi Beach Resort. It has an amazing staff that bent over backwards to accommodate my wife and I on our honeymoon. It was quiet and peaceful. The food was fantastic and portions did not leave you hungry. The owner (Mr. Sam) is one of the nicest guys I've met in my travels of Ghana. He is in... More

Sam is a wonderful person, really keen on making you enjoy your stay. Value is fantastic. Rooms & grounds are simple but comfortable; generator will get you through dumsor. Food was delicious, especially the (complete) grilled fish. I was the only person staying at the time (Nov 2014), so it felt like the whole place was run for me. Room... More

Under a strict budget, this place afforded me the opportunity to live like a King. The only challenge is transportation to the place. With warm water, air conditioning, good food, and wifi, I had the best time of times. In this part of the world where hotel accommodation cost can be prohibitive, the facilities compared to the cost is the... More
