After weeks of lockdown and restrictions we took a 3night stay b&b in this lovely house with good facilities, charming hosts and superb breakfasts. The area was scenic and Glen Esk well worth a visit and a walk to Loch Lee excellent. Plenty of eating places in Edzell and walks from the accommodation if you wanted. A very enjoyable stay.

This B and B is exactly what you need. In a fabulous location, a beautiful house, with owners who care. First class accomodation, first class food (Love the jam!) and a homely welcome. Could not asl for better. Thank you for looking after us. X

Put a list together of everything you would want from a top class B&B and find it here. Beautiful home, perfect hosts in Anne and Jim, crisp, clean bedrooms/en-suites and the most offerings for breakfast anybody could want beautifully presented. In my opinion, more a 5:star than a 4 star as I couldn’t find fault in anything and at a loss as to what more they could provide as what they offer is exceptional. Many thanks to both Anne and Jim for making our short-notice stay so perfect (regardless of the weather!)

I found them very helpfull. I booked on line but got an email to tell me they had a single room which was much cheaper but was not on suite. When I got there I was given the double room at no extra charge. Breakfast was beautifully cooked delivered exact on time. I could not fault anything.

I spent a very comfortable 3 nights at Kinnaber B&B, which was a perfect base while working in the local area. The Green Room was a great size and had a well equipped bathroom with a lovely bath. Jim and Anne were friendly and helpful hosts, very accommodating of any requests, and provided a wonderful breakfast! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to have an excuse to stay again soon.
