All the good reviews are spot on accurate, the not so good comments are obviously the type of people who like to moan about everything all the time! We loved everything about our 5 night stay at the PALAGI. All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble,so friendly throughout our stay! The breakfast room and the lady who ran it... More

This hotel is a little bit eccentric. It seems to me that it is owned by a skitzophrenic. On some days they like to clean the place from top to bottom and then on other days they like to purchase elephant statues, alarming furniture and bizarre plants. The rooms were very nice and clean but reception looks like you are... More

Charming hotel, enhanced by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a wonderful time and we'll definitely return. Perfect location (close to main square and train station) for a stress free break. Outside, not related to the property, a very relaxed bar, serving home made wine. Easy access to many restaurants, and - if you're lucky - the... More

We visited here a second time. The hotel is right in the center of this lovely town. We love the livelihood in the townsquare in the evenings. The hotel is conveniently set just opposite to this center. Parking is behind the hotel. The hotel is roomy but a bit dated here and there. We don't mind, it adds to the... More

Palagi is centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the main sites, restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and tidy. The bedroom we were given was spacious and comfortable with all amenities etc we needed. It's not a luxury hotel; but it is what it is.

This hotel is nothing to write home about, as they say. But it's clean. We stayed in room 26 which has a bigger bathroom than most, it looks into an interior patio but honestly it was in July which is boiling hot so you don't really want to open the window and you're just there to basically sleep and change...
