I stayed in the Jiangtian Hotel (also known by its English name, the Riversky hotel) for 1 night while travelling on business recently. The hotel was functional and comfortable, and is located in a good location by the Songhua river. Last year on a business trip, and my first time ever to this location in China, so I was not sure what to expect. This hotel was adequate, and well maintained for the most part. The hotel is a good Chinese hotel. The grounds are nice, they have a decent restraunt and bar and even an ice cream parlor. The beds are a bit hard by western standards but I am used to them. Also smoking is in all rooms, so be prepared. This however is very common in all remote areas of China. The...
