Stayed at this place as a overnight stop to catch another flight the following day. I must say that the service here was excellent. The staff were very accomodating and went to great lenghts to ensure our comfort and security. Even before the airport pick up they were giving us courtesy calls to let us know the car number. They called again at the time the plane was supposed to arrive. We did not have to wait long for the airport transfer which took us to the hotel a short distance away.

The hotel room was nice, well decorated and clean with a large bed (with fleece sheets), air condition and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean but the shower is showing signs of wear and needs some work.

Security is a major concern in Trinidad and it is adequately dealt with in this hotel with great (and different than the usual) locks on the doors. You get a pretty decent night sleep too. There is also optional room service if you needed something to eat.

The only problem with this hotel is that breakfast was NOT all that (cereal, granola bars, juice & some fruit). The menu for breakfast NEEDS an improvement.

This hotel gets points for friendly & courteous service, prompt airport transfers to and from the hotel, a good room and clean bathroom and good security measures. Just that breakfast menu can be a dealbreaker for some.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel. The pics looked fantastic. The shower/tub area was very disgusting to the point where there were hairs and much in the drainage strainer blocking the water. The bed was very creaky, and there was a dead roach on the floor to the entrance of the bathroom when I woke up. For the price and rating I would expect a little better. The one good thing is that the staff are very nice people.

Stayed at InnFlight suites for 3 nights feb 23rd to 25th and the stay was quite comfortable. Stayed in Room #3 on the ground floor and the room was very clean. Bed and pilows were firm and I had a comfortable sleep just like home. Toilet flushed well and shower was perfect. You can get inroom breakfast servive for 10US$ but there is a new small mall across the road where you can get coffee and fresh pastries by Kwon or Kwan Bakery. It is at the back and you can just sit there and enjoy the morning. Very clean and new. Just be very careful crossing the road because it is the main road from the airport. I spent most of the evenings at InnFlight sipping Caribs at George and upstairs at Hangers. The cutters at Georges are also good for the money and again it is mostly Chinese food. On a very positive side the internet worked very well. I had my laptop and connection was excellent....justy like home. All in all it was a good 3 days but I also had a rental to move around.

Where to even start. This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. I did not feel safe at all. The absolute worst part is there is a club attached to the hotel, and there was booming music until 2:00am. I did not sleep a wink. You could not pay me to ever stay there again. If you have kids NEVER stay here, it was very sketchy. There was no elevator, and no one to help us with our luggage up the stairs. There was absolutely NO furniture in the room, no phone, and not even a chair or a table. The shower had dry wall and it was moldy. I have stayed in much better hotels in Trinidad. Run for the hills!! They advertise that there is a Chinese restaurant, its a hole in the wall with food that looks like it has been sitting there for days.

We had a stopover in Trinidad and stayed in this hotel for one night. Very friendly and helpfull owners. The room was beatifull and clean, a very good bed, airconditioning, fan and hot shower. The airport is just 3 minutes away by car. And for dinner, shopping or a movie there is the big Trinicity Mall, just 5 minutes by bus. For a drink you can go to the "Hangar" bar above the hotel. The hotel also arrange airporttransfers.

The worst hotel I ever stay at.
It was truly the worst hotel I ever stay at during my 20 years of travel. I needed a place to stay closer to the airport. I found this dump on booking.com, after seeing the wonderful photos " that was fabricated. The rooms looked nothing close to the Those pictures." After paying 3 nights up front.

The robot lady (aba) showed us two rooms. I took the one on the 2nd floor. That was a mistake on so many grounds. If you like BOOM BOOM to the point where the water in the toilet was vibrating you may like this hotel. That was the music from the bar next door. That loud music started 11pm to 3am. I know because I was starting at the selling until it stopped.

The pipe that was leaking into the shower area.
It seems like they moved the shower to the south side of the wall at some point. And for some reason they decided to leave the old pipe on the north wall. The pipe is dripping nonstop. The water caused the floor to get very slippery and moldy. First time I went to take a shower I slipped and almost broke my back. When I inquired about it at the front desk with "crystal" I got a very cold stare.

I have to given up keys every time I leave. Again who and why they came up with that policy. There is no safe deposit box or no where to hide your values things. I so dislike giving up the keys even if I have to grab something from my car which was park just by the front door. The given up of the keys I was told they will clean the room. My room didn't get clean after four days there. My fears come to reality when I got home. Things are missing.

There are no phones to even call the front desk. The tv a 13 inch which I was surprised I didn't know they still make 13 inch television.
The bedding smells of mold. The ac when it was finally fix also small moldy. The toilet is very dirty. The curtain is very thin the street light poured in. The floor is sticky and my feet got so filthy. The soap was so old it was flacked. The towels was stiff and starched my back.

This was not only throwing my money away it was an experience I never want in my life again. The day I was leaving I wanted to make a complaint and was told to write it up.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Innflight Suites. It's nicely decorated and very close to the Piarco Int'l Airport, Trincity Mall and Millennium Golf Course. The staff were also very friendly and catered to my needs. Perfect for a stop over especially if you have to pick up an early flight, or if you are flying in to do some shopping at the mall. Also the Chinese food at George's Chinese Restaurant on the premises is a major plus. I'll also recommend the mudslide cocktail drink at the Hangar's Lounge which is also on the same premises. I will definitely use Innflight Suites again.

So the bathroom smelled of urine, strongly. I actually had to ASK for towels to use the bathroom.

The door locks? Oh, you don't get a key. They insist they keep the one key to enter the room (no there is no deadbolt you can secure your room with while you sleep).

How do you get back in your room which you paid money for? They have to escort you to your room every time you leave it and want to get back in.

They take pride in their locks and 1 key to each room.

Also, I actually brought my partner to this hovel and we broke up because of it, it is literally one of the worst hotels in a very run down caribbean country (my caribbean country).

This has to be the worst place I've ever booked and only gets one star because the female receptionist was friendly and helpful. At 145 US$ a night including breakfast - it's a rip off. Rooms were not furnished as advertised, no microwave, etc, the shop and restaurant was an awful takeaway in the same building but not belonging to the Hotel. Breakfast was a joke, it did not arrive on time, the male receptionist was not aware I had order it for 8 am. We finally got it at 8:45 am after another visit to reception to find out why there was a delay, the water for the DIY coffee was cold. The floors made the soles of our feet back. The shower water did not drain. After nine in the morning, there was not water to flush to loo or wash our hands.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on my way out to the states from Tobago. I arrived at 6pm and my room "wasn't ready". So I went and had a beer next door.No bar in the hotel. When I came back I was politely ushered to my room. No "suite". I could see that someone had put a lot of upgrades into the place as there was a sophisticated "steam"shower with 6 spray heads and what I think must have been a radio 15 or so years before. The TV was new and the air, wifi, and fan worked fine. There was plenty of hot water however it took a bit to get the water to stop in the basin. Clean yes, beautiful no. If like me, you don't have a car, take a cab to any other restaurant than the one next door. Bad headache Chinese. The add is a bit misleading as there is no restaurant in the hotel and no airport transportation. They did call a cab for me which I paid. If you are with a woman she may not appreciate the hotel unless you're paying her which may be a current event there. No breakfast,no spa that I'm aware of. Great view of a home improvement store from the bar deck. I would not go back.
