Edward & Malcolm could not be more accommodating! Our stay there was the perfect accompaniment prior to our departure back to the Untied Kingdom. Genuine, lovely people who made sure we enjoyed every minute of our time there. We had a fantastic time there and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending.

Four of us recently stayed for two nights at Appleton's Farmhouse, and enjoyed a home-cooked meal there one night as well. Edward and Malcolm are wonderful, welcoming hosts who supplied all we could want. The grounds are absolutely lovely - such a beautiful space to relax, we didn't really want to go anywhere else. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and...

We stayed here two nights and our hosts made us feel quite at home. They were very helpful and even looked after our dog for a day. We had a most enjoyable stay nice food with enjoyable conversations with our hosts. A great stop over. The location is quite rural but there is plenty of places to walk and visit.
