With our last night in Japan, I wanted a hotel close to the Japan Central Airport for easy morning access. The hotel was walking distance to the train station and two stops away from the airport. Incredibly convenient. We stayed in the 15th floor in a combined western/japanese style room. Instead of sleeping on the floor, they had two twin...

This is best if you're just arriving or flying out. It's very close to the airport and is very close to the train station. It's clean but very outdated. Only 1 convenient store is located nearby. Other than that there's really nothing going on around the hotel. Room was okay. Bigger than other Japanese budget hotels. But it still had...

We spent a night at the Hotel AU Tokoname after an evening arrival at NGO. The hotel is easily accessible across from the Tokoname rail station (which is the first stop on all the express trains leaving NGO airport.) It was a typical Japanese business hotel room: small but well-organized and clean. The staff spoke functional English, and they were...

The hotel is clean, although very very dated. We stayed here as we had an early flight to catch, else we would not have chosen this place. It is just 2 stops away from the airport and 10 mins taxi ride. The town is dead. There is nothing around. Restaurants are also few and we had trouble finding dinner.

We booked this to be close to the airport for a morning flight. It is just across the road from the station the surroundings are none too exciting. We arrived about 6.30 in the evening and had some trouble finding somewhere to eat. Eventually came a cross a lovely restaurant behind the station. Staff were helpful. The morning breakfast was...

The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable. Staff was efficient. Now the cool part. The Tokoname Train Station is right across the street (so easy access to the airport etc). In that train station there is a Tourist Info Center. Go there, grab a map of the town and take the Historic Pottery Walking Tour, which is 10 minutes down...

My stay was linked to crowded GP F1 event at Suzuka Circuit. To avoid high hotel prices builded up for that event I've looked for a convenient option considering commuting to Suzuka and distance from the airport. Therefore, AU Tokoname is all that. One stop fast train from airport (15min), 40min train to Nagoya and 1.5hrs train from Suzuka trough...

Right outside the railway station and 2 stops from the airport. Also next to the industrial pottery trail, which is a nice walk if you really have nothing else to do. Which we didn't. There is a handy mini-mart across the road with free wifi and if you turn right outside and go 2 junctions down the dual carriageway (only...

Not a bad hotel to stay at all. We enjoyed this hotel for our overnight stay before flying out Japan. This hotel is very closely located to Nagoya airport and trains. It might be a bit far from the city centre. But there are still one or two restaurants nearby. Train station and convenience store nearby too. This hotel has...
