Nice place good staff and Wi-Fi clean and very respectable excellent bathhouse upstairs to but be prepared too take your undies off . A fantastic hundred yen shop is across the road to get all your knickknacks the only downside is there is no bottle water in the room not a big one really so enjoy your stay

We went there in the end of December. The price was expensive and staff was not smiling or polite. They refused to give us towel to use for our baby because the room as they said was only for two people. So why they accept orders from families with children its strange. No crib or bed for kids or babies....

We were in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty new, but not well maintained and catered for large groups. Room was pretty large in Japanese standard. Cold and uninviting feel. Breakfast is not worth entering! Staff were welcoming and helpful with limited English. The hotel is far from the tourists' sites. Would not recommend, unless you get...

On a recent trip to Japan, my friend and I decided to stay here to visit Mount Fuji and regional Japan. The hotel itself is super new and clean, with a great cafeteria and restaurant connected to it. As for location, there really isn’t much in the nearby Susono area that appealed to us as tourists, but as long as...

We stayed at the just One in Susono for 10 days to attend a wedding and sightseeing. We had the two double bed room, the largest available as we are used to western hotel rooms and did not want to feel cramped. Except for not having a closet and the A/C controls in Japanese only, the stay was problem free....

I can definitely confirm some of the other reviews. The views of Mt Fuji are great, and the rooms are large by Japanese standards. We came to Susono to see Mt Fuji, and we first saw it from our hotel window. The morning breakfast was served in the café/minimart attached to the hotel. It was not an expansive spread, but...

We stayed here one night to explore the Hakone area close by. I think this is one of a newer crop of stylish business/budget hotels which have been appearing in Japan in the last few years. Gone are the days when you had to put up with a dingy little room with not much else available. The Hotel Just One...

The Hotel Just One in Susono is only a couple of years old so everything is in very good condition. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The amenities are nothing special although the range of shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap is very nice. The public bath on the top floor is quite small but the calcium...

“Ask for a room facing Mt. Fuji. The views are well worth it!”

“I made the mistake of agreeing to stay on a smoking floor. All my clothes stank of smoke the next day. Try and get a room facing Mount Fuji at the from of the hotel.”
