Avoid this place!! It is the worst experience for me, William(owner) was so ruud with us, if you ask him why heating not working his answer was if you dont like go out, I dont remember when I take the shower with hot water. We had house for 3 months and this is worst experience i my life. We also pay "cleaning lady" and agree with this William that she will come one time weekly, she was just one time in three monthts at the end he took our deposit of 850£, avoid this!

On arrival, Keith and Christine made us very welcome and made sure that we were comfortable. This was not an intended visit as our campervan broke down. We stayed for two nights and basically had the run of the establishment. The room was excellent and very homely and the breakfast was so filling that we didn't need lunch. Thank you very much Keith and Christine and all the very best to you both in the future.

My wife and I needed somewhere to stay last weekend because we were going to a wedding at the Aswanley Wedding Venue, near Huntly, Aberdeenshire. While reading through TripAdvisor, we stumbled on the Dunedin Guest House, Huntly, Aberdeenshire.  The reviews were great, very informative and we therefore booked a three night stay at the Dunedin Guest House.  The food was good, the rooms were cleaned every day.  The towels were also changed every day if required. We met the very hospitable Keith & Christine (the owners) as strangers and we left as friends.

We had to come up to Huntly for a funeral and our previous accommodation plans changed right at the last minute, So Keith & Christine kindly saved our skin and provided us with a lovely family room at short notice. Comfortable room, homely atmosphere and brilliant breakfast- what more could you ask for. Lovely guesthouse with lovely Hosts. Next time we’re visiting family,we will defo stay here again. 😉

Was recommended this bed and breakfast by a colleague who had stayed before and was glad he did. Spacious room very clean and comfortable with spotless ensuite. Bed very comfortable had a good nights sleep. There are good local amenities around including fast food namely a fish and chip shop across the road. No problem with parking as it has a private car park to rear. Perhaps not suitable if you have trouble with stairs but that is only thing I can find that could possibly deter you from booking. I would definitely use again if in the area. All in all I had a really pleasant stay here. And for the price was expecting to pay more to be honest! Hope this was helpful.
