I have stayed in Sabae City Hotel many times. The breakfast in the wedding chapel is a classic! Try to book a corner room, otherwise it may be hard to fit you and your suitcase into the room. Staff is nice, but try not to ask for a restaurant recommendation or even reservation, you may face over-challenged staff. The Japanese restaurant in the basement is recommendable. More

My company paid for the stay, though I think it costs around $50 USD a night. I have stayed there many times, but on this occassion the room was so dusty I ended up with a sore throat and a runny nose. I would not recommend you take up the breakfast. There are good local shops nearby for a breakfast. McDonaalds is close and Coco Ichiban (curry restuarant) is also close. More

Thank wnash
