I knew this was a historic hotel. I was expecting a traditional Japanese inn, complete with Tatami floor and futon for sleeping. The rooms were more like a dorm room - nice hard bed and hard pillow Japanese style. Compact sized everything, Japanese style, but...More

A hitorical hotel in Kurume. the garden is wonderful and the chapel too. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious, everything was perfect and elegant. To have tea or coffee sitting in front of the windows of the garden is just fantastic!

Suikoen hotel is a very good business hotel to stay..nice restaurant inside and service is good.. that's it.. one more thing..I love Kurume city..the ramen, the gyoza, and the yakiniku..anywhere you go in Kurume..all is good, livable and all shops are good..if you stay in...More
