Thank you for choosing Westin and sharing your experience on TripAdvisor. On behalf of our entire hotel I would like to sincerely apologize surrounding your recent stay with us. From poor associate interaction, noise from other guests pets and your fireplace and WIFI not functioning properly this truly is not how a Westin stay should feel. We do hope you return to Blue Mountain for a stay you deserve. Have a refreshing winter season ahead and Happy New Year. Sincerely, Travis Nixon Marketing Manager The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain

The Westin Trillium, is undoubtedly a very nice hotel, located perfectly within the village, and right next to the ski slopes. The resort itself isn’t anything fancy; but I would consider it as a great getaway spot for families. My family and I were really looking forward to

Going to the Blue Mountain at winter time is not that bad as long as you have winter tires, except of course if there is a storm.
