After a brilliant camping trip with the kids in the summer, returned for a weekend in the B&B to catch up with uni friends! Spacious, clean, cozy room with the best Full English breakfast delivered straight to the door. Would highly recommend ordering one! We drove to the North Norfolk coast for a hike and stopped on the way back at a pub nearby the campsite (The Sportsman) for an amazing Sunday roast. Debs and Hannah were super helpful in planning our stay and as always, so kind and friendly. Obviously a little shout out to Jaffa the cat too! Thanks again for another memorable stay. Will be back again camping when the sun is shining!!!

When booking with Debs and Hannah they remembered us from our initial enquiry, which was a nice touch. The welcome on arrival was really warm and friendly, even though we arrived later than expected. The pitches are spacious and flat. Prices are high season £25, low season £20. We liked that the electric was metered and paid for what we used rather than an flat additional fee. The site overall was nice, clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the river and free use of their mooring to launch our kayak was a plus too. Showers are 50p for a 6 minute shower. The shower was nice and warm with good water pressure. There are washing up facilities. Also there are washing machines and tumble dryers to use (at a cost). You can order various breakfast/tea/coffee options onsite at a reasonable cost. We fed back on a couple of improvements that could be made to the site regarding the loos/basin facilities. Our suggestions are already in the recent owners thoughts/plans. The loo situation wasn't a massive problem for us as the site wasn't busy, but I would imagine if the site was even at half capacity, it could be problematic. The loos/showers are unisex. Overall it was very positive stay and we wish Debs and Hannah all the best in the future. …

Four winds is a quiet, relaxing space to stay at. On first sight it felt as if you were driving into a truck stop, but as you turn into the site, you enter a different world. We stayed in a shepherds hut which was comfortable, with most needs catered for, with a log fire, king size bed, running water, toilet and decent shower. We were checked on by the resident cat "Jaffa" who just likes to make sure everythings ok (should have his own social media and Facebook page). Had a lovely breakfast, delivered to our door, and a totally relaxing time, (which is why we went in the first place) I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to unwind. A full five stars to the staff and management. A place well worth the visit.

We had a lovely well equipped four night stay in the shepherds hut, everything you need is catered for, clean and comfortable, everything around the site is well layed out and sign posted, eg where to put rubbish and recycling, a quiet well maintained retreat with choices of stay including b&b, shepherds huts and camping, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options looked to be lovely although we didn't have during our stay

We had the best time at Four Winds. It was out first visit to the site and the area, and it did not disappoint. The site itself is very big and the pitch sizes are massive! More than enough space for everyone. The owners are very lovely, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There is a small shop which stocks wood and kindling for the free fire pits dotted around the site (reused washing drums). It also has chocolate, drinks, and ice cream, games to hire and more. You can also hire canoes or a pedalo, which we did with our dogs and had a great time. The area is beautiful and caoeing down the river was great fun! The toilets and showers are well maintained and clean. On top of all of this, you can order breakfast to be made for pick up in the morning, plus proper coffee! We did this, and it was lovely. Well worth the money. We will definitely be back and are so pleased to find a campsite that we intend on visiting time and time again. Thanks so much for everything! …

Fantastic site run by incredibly helpful and welcoming owners. We stayed in the camping area, which is well maintained and allows plenty of space per pitch, meaning you never feel on top of each other. Logs are available for campfires, which was a lovely way to spend the evenings. The site leads directly onto the river, and it is a lovely row or paddle into March. We used our paddle boards and kayak, but you can hire from Four Winds. We have visited several times now and would highly recommend it.

The cabin is so much larger than suggested in the photos. Extra ordinary good value for money: comfy soft furnishings and bed and luxurious bathroom. Very attentive hosts who suggested suitable dog walks. Recommend without hesitation!

We stayed here for one night in our camper van and enjoyed the whole experience. The booking was easy and lots of helpful information was sent via email, we received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival and the owners were never far away if you needed assistance. The site itself was very quiet even though there were a number of campers and tents there when we stayed and the toilet and shower facilities were of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The site is next to the river and offers kayak and canoe hire. There is also a thoughtfully stocked shop selling little treats to make your stay extra special. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend!

The campsite is small friendly clean and quiet. The showers are lovely and hot. The toilets and showers are always clean and always stocked with toilet paper. It was impressive how well the staff kept up to it. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very helpful. The pizza was amazing too. Perfect for what we wanted. we took the opportunity to kayak and swim in the river, this was a great experience. The site situated on the river. The river is very quiet and still with a gentle flow. Swimming was lovely although a little awkward to get in and out and would benefit from having a later or steps.
