I've stayed in Kawaguchiya Riverside Hotel for my honeymoon with my Husband for 2 nights. It was the best unforgettable experience for us. The hotel was very clean, stuffs are friendly, location Is good, only 5-10 mins walk to 2 onsens. They provided free yukata & onsen passes to 7 bath houses for 2 days together with basket & sock....

I stayed a night in December with my family. The staff were professional and warm. We felt very welcome. They provided us with Yukata, Kimono and public bath tickets. After check out, hotel helped to arrange luggage transfer to train station for a small fee. This freed us to enjoy Kinosaki before departure in afternoon.

The service is excellent and very attentive to guest needs. They try their best to accommodate any request. People are generally friendly and helpful in this town. Best place to relax. Food are good and reasonably price. Onsen in the hotel is better than the public Onsen.

The hotel is a bit outdated and quite expensive. The service is good, staff is friendly. The spa/onsen is very good and changes every day to give the men/women the opportunity to visit the other onsen. The room is spacious, the bathroom very very small. We had a none smoking room but the room smelled a bit of smoke. Overall...

End of Yanagi street A quiet neighborhood, next to the river. Great as the starting point for touring Okinosaki Onsen. There is a Lawson a few doors down the street for any personal items, food/snack and beverage you might need. Shuttles are available but it was an easy walk for me from the station. They have a nice onsen furo....

We stayed here for one night to enjoy KinosakiOnsen and its baths. The hotel provided a shuttlebus service from the station to the hotel and they also drove us to the center of KinosakiOnsen later. We were outfitted with beautifull Yukata's. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room and tasted delicious. The japanese style rooms were very clean...
