I wasn't expecting much but was in for a nice surprise. Great locations, steps from the monorail and the subway. Many among the staff don't speak English, but in Japan the kindness and goodwill can be a shared language. The WiFi was much better than many of the reviews gave me to expect, the breakfast spread was varied and healthy,... More

An interesting hotel on the outskirts of Osaka that is close to the train station and shopping. Obviously, this property gets a lot of business from weddings, as there are several chapels on the grounds and a wedding bridal shop on the main floor. Stayed here on business. Wifi is ok. Staff are very friendly. Beds are very comfortable (for... More

Best is the location - near trains and few minutes from Itami airport by Monorail. 3 min walk there is shopping mall and many restaurants. Breakfast rather modest but have a Japanese breakfast option also.

A short walk from the Osaka monorail Senri Chuo station or the Osaka subway Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line. The hotel is built low and covers a lot of ground with lots of ancillary buildings and restaurants. They hold weddings here and advertises a forest wedding. My single room was on the small side but was clean and comfortable. Free WI-FI in... More

Large hotel, very well located. Smallish but clean and adequate room with most of the amenities one could need. Average breakfast. The hotel caters for the wedding market and has huge areas set aside for banquets, etc. - which can be fun to peruse. Very little English spoken by staff, therefore not very helpful.

This hotel is located about 20-min outside of city center. Subway and monorail lines across the street make it very easy to commute to/from this location. Also across the street is a large shopping mall, with plenty of clothing and market shops. Restaurants are also available. The hotel itself is okay. Somewhat dated but with large rooms for Japanese standards... More

Not bad, not too good. Near from Hankyu Umeda station. The main restaurant in the basement is very famous for buffet. Many kinds of dishes of international cuisine. Many Chinese tourists. Since many foreign tourists visit Osaka, accommodation fee is getting higher in Osaka.

Reception staff all spoke English and communicating was very easy. Room was very clean, quality finishing and appeared as per the hotel photos as if it had just been re-fitted and madeover. Bathroom is quite small for what I'm used to - and was perfectly funcitonal. A wedding was there while we stayed and you wouldn't know it. A fair... More
