High scores to the staff from front desk to housekeeping. Brunch was okay,, but it never changed. Rooms were typical, small but adequate. There's a large shopping center nearby, but not much to see or do in the area.
From the moment I arrived at the front desk the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful...great room, helpful directions, right location...close to Itami airport I am looking forward to coming backMore
