I stayed here as part of a tour for 3 nights in November 2016. The hotel is well located. It is right next to Esaka subway station and there are plenty of shops/restaurants around. It is in the north of Osaka, an easy subway ride to Umeda and Shinsaibashi. As with a lot of Japanese hotels in this price range... More

The entrance to this is on the first floor through a shopping mall. In a busy area, with lots of shops all around. There are lots of shops and places to eat in the area where this hotel is located. Reception is on the first floor. If you are a ‘foodie’, you will want to eat at Kisoji restaurant. [ask... More

This hotel is located in Esaka which is just a couple of subway stops away from Shin-Osaka Station. It's therefore very convenient if you're travelling on the shinkansen but not so close to downtown, central Osaka. I was given a room which absolutely reeked of stale cigarettes. It was a little like sleeping in an ashtray. I only stayed one... More

This hotel in a central location close to the railway station and shops. However, in common with most of the hotels in the Tokyu chain, it has uncomfortable pillows, to the extent where I found it impossible sleep. So, take your own "blow-up" pillow! The room was fairly spacious and clean with a lovely view. All toiletries were provided. The... More

Pros: There are many convenient stores, drugstores (tax free), supermarket with one just right downstairs of the hotel, 3 to 4 more supermarket within 5 mins walk away so if you missed anything from shopping you may still buy from downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants ranging from sushi, ramen, Korean food, chinese food that open late night just in... More

This is our 4th stay in this chain and there is very little difference in the rooms from one to the other! All are clean and basic! This hotel is in a good central location with plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Rooms were entered by use of a metal key ( one per room) and our room this... More

We stayed here in July 2015 it's in a great location just south of Esaka station on the red line two stops from shinosaka. It is easy to get there from exits 6-10. The room was standard size for Japan. We had a twin room that was plenty big for two! My cousin slept great I had some trouble the... More

The Tokyu REI was pretty standard for your Japanese business hotels in Japan. I had booked a room for two people, and I believe that I had booked 2 separate beds, however we were given one double bed instead, which was disappointing. We had arrived late that night, so we were too tired to switch rooms. The bathroom is as... More
