Just got back from a lovely stay at Bath Lodge Castle. We had the Stirling room with balcony, gorgeous room with beautiful views of the gardens. The service was outstanding, in particular from Michael, the manager. Very professional, warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, very reasonably priced and the drinks were very reasonable compared to...

we held our wedding reception there and everyiht was wonderful! the staff were amaing, the venue spectacular, the rooms perfect, and the food incredible. Couldnt have asked for anythign better. We considered it very well prcied for the level of service we got, and its small, intimate atmosphere was just what we wanted for our special day. Highly recommended!

I had read the mixture of reviews, & decided to try this place out for a weekend. Staying here was a lovely treat. It's a classic hotel room, with everything you need. Michael the manager was brilliant, as was the other staff member ( apologies I didn't get your name). The service was great, & nothing was too much trouble....

We had never been here before but had passed it in the car a few times and it looked like a fabulous place so i decided to book afternoon tea for my birthday. We had such a warm welcome from the staff and i had said at time of booking it was my birthday so we were given the best...

We visited this hotel between Christmas and New Year with friends. The hotel is quirky, has a nice outside properly hot hot tub and nice walks in the grounds (which included seeing their cute little goats). The staff are bright and friendly - we were offered free mince pies in front of the log fire as we turned up an...

We decided to spend one night outside of Bath during our week long stay in London, England. We arrived at Bath Lodge Castle after dinner and were very pleased with our room. We had been in London in a tiny hotel room prior to this stay, and were so glad to have some room to spread out. The bed was...

I Took my wife for anniversary meal to this majestic looking place and left very unhappy with the food quality. She ordered mushrooms a la creme on foccacia and literally got creamy mushrooms on a toast, I asked the waiter if they have run out on foccacia and he said no and then asked her if she wanted it then...

I was very disappointed to read such a poor review for our restaurant from obviously local people. My management staff have been instructed to get in touch with you, if they haven't already. I would like to point out though that 'mushrooms á la créme' is 'creamy mushrooms on homemade toasted focaccia. The other thing I find strange is that...

So pleased you enjoyed your stay at our Castle. It's so nice that someone who has had a really good experience bothers to take the time and write a spiffing review. It would seem that only people who have had a problem at the Castle take the time. Obviously we have hundreds of people who pass through our quaint and...
