A four night stay with Martyn, host of The Coach House, was a most enjoyable experience. Everything about this lovely b and b was of tip top quality. Bone china, good quality furnishings, excellent location and home made jams and marmalades! All three lovely rooms bore the names of UK cathedrals and we were in 'Hereford'. Martyn was very helpful...

What a lovely B & B. Martyn runs his business in a very professional way. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, welcoming and nicely decorated. Linen is spotless and fresh. Fantastic cake and tea are a treat on your arrival and breakfast fantastic. Fresh fruits, juices, cereals followed by cooked breakfast of your choice, not forgetting the wonderful homemade jams!...

We have stayed in a number of B&Bs in our time but never one as good as this. Martyn said that he tries to add the extra little touches and indeed it is these that make the difference: a china teapot in the room is definitely a luxury you do not expect. We came as two couples for four nights....

Sadly nowadays when somewhere attracts so many excellent reviews, those of a cynical disposition are sometimes quick to suspect nefarious activity but in the case of the Coach House, you can be confident that all the reviews have indeed been written by actual guests of the B & B because it does genuinely strive for and achieve more or less...

This B & B is a gem. Everything was top of the line. The rooms, the comfort, the host, the food. Martyn gives a level of service that you just don't often find in today's world. This is a small B & B with only 3 rooms so he is able to really take care of his guests.

This is an extremely well run B&B. The attention to detail is amazing. Martyn is an excellent host who makes you feel at home and can advise on the area. The location is a short walk from Wroxham and an ideal centre for exploring Norfolk.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Martyn himself on arrival and served tea and home made Norfolk fruit cake, immediately feeling at home in a very relaxed atmosphere. The en suite room was decorated to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable with fine cotton sheets and fluffy towels and there were very nice luxury touches...
