Detailed Reviews
We have just got home from Pringle Farm after a two night stay. Over 20 of us stayed and we filled all of the barns. Pringle Farm has a perfect car park, and the grounds are immaculate. All of the barns were an excellent size, and were all so clean and well equipped - a complimentary basket full of goodies was left in each barn for all guests, and the bride and groom were given bottles of prosecco which was so nice and totally unexpected. We travelled to Lattenbury Hill from Pringle Farm, where we all attended the wedding. Local taxi companies were familiar with both locations which was useful.
All of the booking and communication was done through Ella and she was outstanding. She always emailed back so quickly and was so willing to answer any questions we had (there was alot!). Cheltenham was the barn we all used as our base - it fit all of us in for breakfast on Sunday morning which was amazing! We met the owner from next door just once and she was a joy too. We genuinely do not have a bad word to say about Pringle Farm. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us.

5 stars all around, from myself and friends. We stayed in the Goodwood Barn - 3 gorgeous bedrooms and plenty of space in the living areas. It's finished to a really high quality. Interior and exterior design is lovely. It was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds and sofas. Easy to find, parking on site, communication with the team was great and the website was really handy for tips on what is in the local area. The complimentary food basket on arrival was well received too. Thank you!

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The apartments are not only gorgeous but everything is of the highest standard. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, en-suite shower is perfect & apartments are spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, complete with dishwasher so you’re not washing up on your relaxing retreat and there’s a large dining table with comfortable chairs. The surroundings are gorgeous so worth exploring.
I didn’t take many photos but will include one of the children playing happily in the spacious living area.

We stayed in the Aintree room and Naomi and Greg went above and beyond to make it feel special for my birthday. The flat was decorated with birthday banners and balloons, and there was a welcome basket on arrival containing some of our favourite treats and snacks. The room was incredibly modern and clean, complete with luxury toiletries and bedding (so much so we’d love to know where the bed, bedding and sofa is from!). We loved waking up to a view of the countryside, whilst knowing we aren’t too far from civilisation. We will definitely be back with a larger group!

This was a wonderful experience for our family. We were staying for a longer period of time during a family move. Julie and Ella were wonderful hosts. Julie helped our family with great shopping ideas (we love organic farm food) and introduced us to Park runs, as our family loves to run. She did a great job taking care of our family. Ella helped us to be able to stay at the AirBnB as we are a larger family and took great care to accommodate us. This AirBnB is very beautiful, well cared for, comfortable beds, great kitchens, lovely gardens and surroundings. We are very thankful of our time spent here and we will miss it.

We booked several properties as a family group of 8, were very impressed by the high spec of the rooms and the welcome basket of goodies as well as proper kitchen stuff that we could use to cook proper meals. Mum and dad got an upgrade to the Cheltenham barn conversion and lived like kings for 3 days. Everything spotlessly clean with a list of what had been cleaned by staff, a must in these difficult times.
Was the first time the whole family had managed to get together in the same place at the same time, and our hosts made that possible.
Heartfelt thanks.

Set in a stunning countryside backdrop, this place is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was spotless, and the details were very well thought out. The finishing touches (such as eggs, bread, tea etc) made our stay even more pleasant. Anna was lovely and helpful throughout. We look forward to coming back soon.

Booking and communication was first class. All the information you could ask for was provided and the welcome basket of goodies was a lovely touch. We stayed in the Cheltenham. It was spotless, had excellent facilities and was massive! The location was perfect for a quiet weekend in the countryside and we spent the Sunday and Houghton Mill which was only 15 minutes away. We couldn't recommend this highly enough o anyone looking for a summer or cosy winter weekend away.

My husband and I booked 2 cottages at The Yard as we were attending a wedding nearby. My friends and I had stayed in one of the cottages a few years ago and we were hoping it was as good as we remembered... spoiler: it was!
The cottages are in a lovely location, so quiet and idyllic despite being helpfully close to the main road.
We stayed in Chelenham and Newmarket cottages. Both of these cottages had all the amenities you could wish for and were spotlessly clean. The communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent. The welcome baskets were such a delightful added extra too.
We had travelled from quite far and were so happy to be able to have such a luxury 'home' for the weekend. Plenty of takeaways/deliveries available too when we didn't have the energy to cook, but the kitchens contained everything you would need. We all said we would happily come back to The Yard @ Pringle Farm again as we would love to explore more of the area. We hope to come back soon!
