From the airport take the train to Amsterdam Zuid, and from there take the metro (which is aboveground by then) 51 in the direction of Westwijk (which goes South) and get out at stop Kronenburg. When you get out of the metro, go left, cross the small water and you're already at the hotel, just a 100m walk.
The other option is to take a taxi as the hotel is quite close to the airport.
