We stayed for 6 and that was too short; the kids were just getting the hang of skiing on the last day. I don't think they'd get exhausted over ten days - the activities aren't compulsory and you can have a chill day if you want, but at the same time there isn't really the option to go wandering around local villages or anything either. We are planning on coming back in the next couple of years (or maybe Tomamu) and will be going for 7 days.

They have a microwave in the dining area, also packets of Japanese baby food, baby cutlery and high chairs. I'm not sure about a blender, but you could always bring your own stick blender. Voltage in Japan is 100V.
