Staying in Niseko Park Hotel for 2 weeks was a joy. We never tired of watching the changing moods of Mount Yotei volcano through the window of our room. After a big day on the slopes, we loved coming ‘home’ to be greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, to bath in the onsen, and to relax in our very...

This is a great hotel with fabulous service. It has good sized rooms for a small Japanese Hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent drying room for skis and boots and ski out the back for access to the Ace one chair lift, so ski in and ski out. All the best restaurants are within a 10 minute walk.

We really appreciated the location of this hotel right next to the slopes especially with young kids. You can ski right down to the beginners lifts. The Canadian man (Steven?) behind the front desk when out of his way to help us with all our needs including lift passes, restaurants and all other requests. His help made the difference between...

This hotel has everything you need for your next winter wonderland holiday. There are so many pluses to this hotel. It's location was excellent. There is a beginner slope right out the back of the hotel and the start of the chairlifts. Just out the front door of the hotel you have a massive selection of places to eat and...

Pros Very close to ski slopes The provided breakfast was fast moving...

My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our recent skiing trip to Niseko. We needed a room for our arrival night as our main accommodation (see my review for Pension Full Note) was fully booked. This hotel doesn't have 24 hour reception and I was nervous that our very late arrival (in the end we...

Picked this place as it boasts central location and hot spring. Although the hot spring is not natural and the facilities clearly had lots of help, the central location and overall quality of the hotel is unmistakeable. They also have a superb spread of breakfast and wonderful front desk staff. Their ski in ski out is not for beginner as...

A very traditional Japanese hotel, shared toilets and bathrooms. No showers only onsens. However one couple in our party had an upgraded option with a bathroom and shower. Rice pillows and sleeping on the floor. A great experience but make sure you know what you are getting. Staff are also not the best at speaking English.

Excellent traditional Japanese rooms with futon mattresses. Fantastic Japanese breakfast way better than other places I've stayed at in the past. Their showers are only in the attached onsen and close between 9am and midday which I can see may be a little inconvenient for some. Great location, I'd stay again given the price

I had no idea what I was booking, but was very happy with the location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, GREAT Osen, fair sized room, free wifi, great facilities for ski storage, boot drying, and for changing and storing gear on arrival and departure days. Also very convenient to buses. Inroom hot water dispenser for tea, etc. Surprising good view. Only...
