Rosedale BnB is in Lovedale Road, Lovedale, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The welcome from Henk and Pip was warm, and they were very helpful with regard to guidance with (and to) the local sights and businesses. The breakfasts were excellent, and we were asked when we would prefer to be served. There is a nice lounge room...

we have now stayed here twice, and both times were equally as great. we love the rustic feel of the rooms, and there is so much space for the guests to sit, with a huge lounge room to share between only 3 guest rooms. we were lucky in that no one else was staying there that night so we had...

Forget the large resorts, combining the owners house keeping and cooking skills, the Rosedale B&B offers a great base to explore the area, seemingly close to everything but isolated enough to provide a truly relaxing atmosphere. We can't fault any aspect of our stay, the room was very comfortable and owners lovely and not overbearing. We stayed in the area...

Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly want. Large room with en suite, gorgeous fluffy towels and good quality bed linen. Henke and Pip very friendly and knowledgeable about...

We stayed here for two nights as a weekend getaway from Sydney. We were greeted by Henk, our friendly and hospitable host. He provided good tips for places to go and went out of his way to accommodate us. The B&B is small and cosy with a fireplace which is great for the colder nights. The B&B is also well...

We stayed here with another couple while doing the Lovedale Long Lunch and can't criticise a thing. As we arrived we were greeted by Steve who made us feel right at home. Our rooms were both spacious and comfortable. The grounds very well maintained, peaceful and a perfect place to relax over a drink and BBQ. Pip is the perfect...

We had one night at Rosedale and it was a relaxing, quiet and peaceful experience. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast. “All the rooms were well situated, room 3 where we stayed was the least overlooked by anyone approaching the main door however I believe 1 and 2 have double doors that open outwards onto the veranda, this is ideal if you plan to come back late as you can go in directly avoiding the main hallway.”
