Old and smelly rooms. Room is not well lit. Air conditioning in our room (Room K) is good. No water heater and the flush of our toilet bowl is broken. Only 1 soap was given to us free. No shampoos either. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked-in. Had to sweep it myself. No free breakfast. The whole...

It was indeed the most wonderful time of the year. We were expecting less from this resort but we're wrong... The resort was nice with a very beautiful view. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It's a thumbs up for me and my family. (^_^) Pros: - clean pool - life guards can be easily spotted - they have space for...

Went to the resort for a day get away from the busy city. Staffs were okay. Beach, you cannot swim because of the strong current. Pool is not clean and cold. Room has lots of mosquitos, the bathroom doesn't have a hot water and not clean.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were accommodating at first but not consistently speaking. Restau is good but menu a bit pricey if you're on a budget. Pool is not that big but better swim on night time, less crowd.

Good points: The resort has lots of open space for bigger groups. Its right in the middle of pundaquit so its a good jump off point to people going to the islands/coves. They have a restaurant, which is good too because its sometimes hard to find food in Pundaquit because the area only has few restaurants and canteens unlike other...

it's a good place for relaxation and rest. food is fine. not a big place, enough to move around, day or night. the pool is clean and the seafront offers a good swim in the water stayed two nights and its worth it. not a place to look for adventure just a little pleasure to unwind and keep the mind...

The price is reasonable, but if they can put room ammenities like a TV cable, a cooler (mini ref)than its the perfectspot for budget travellers. The mini playground is great for kids too. Food is reasonable but most of the time the things in the menu are not available.

We only stayed for one night. When we arrived, one of the staff showed us to our room but when he opened the door, it has not been cleaned yet - with towels and used linens still on the bed. Unfortunately, our island hopping tour was cancelled by the boatman because it wasn't safe due to the strong waves. Hence,...
