There are 2 hotels near each other run by the same family and share facilities. The Christina Hotel is on the main road and the Christina Beach hotel is down a lane on the side of the Christina Hotel. The Christina Beach hotel has its own entrance and reception accessed by a door facing the beach. You can walk into the Christina Hotel and through the ground to the Beach hotel. This review is for the Christina Beach Hotel.
We stayed 7 nights in room 4020 on the top floor, (3rd floor) on the west side of the building. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. It had all the facilities you would need if you wanted to do simple cooking. Our balcony had a sea view and being on the west of the building it was in shade in the morning for our coffee and we saw fantastic sun sets in the evening. There were a few hours, in the late afternoon when it was in the full sun and to hot to sit out. The room had a safe and good quiet A/C. All the staff were very friendly. There was a swimming pool that could be used in the adjacent Christina hotel. It's location meant that we had a 10 metre walk to be on the beach. Fantastic. Free parking is available on a first come basis in a small car park. A great hotel and it will be our first choice when we return to Chania.

It is in a convenient location with plenty of nearby parking. The rooms are simple but have ample space and are clean plus it has a very nice pool for a small hotel. There is a bar on site that makes a variety of drinks and has a selection of beers. You can walk to the nearby seaside restaurants in a few minutes. The hotel makes a good location to visit the western side of Crete.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!!!! 5 out of 5 for everything. The room was fantastic, the showers worked fine as did the air con which was a god send. Breakfast was incredible and to find this is only a 2 start hotel we were very surprised. Special shout out to George for handing back the €70 we dropped outside our room but also staying up late to serve us our cocktails. If your going to kisamoss and need a nice place to stay this is the hotel you need to go to. Thank you Christina beach for a lovely stay

We booked for a break in June 2020, well before the pandemic took hold. As it is becoming rapidly evident that there will be little or no air travel within weeks I contacted the property and asked if we could cancel the booking and either have a refund or move the dates. Both requests were turned down; it is unlikely that insurance will cover it and I have lost a lot of money. Do not book with this hotel.

Very clean hotel with large rooms. The kitchen in the room is sufficient for breakfast, aperitifs and small dinners. Good the reed that sucks in odors. Excellent veranda for 2 or 3 people with a wonderful view ( for the rooms with sea view of couse). Swimming pool is clean and quite. Bar a little bit poor and i thing must be open a little bit earlier in the morning. Good value for the price. We didn't know the owner Christina because was pregnant. We hope everything was right.

Staying here as part of a walking group we expected to have a chance to wash in a hot shower on our return. For 3 days running there have been problems getting the temperature up since solar panels are not operating g fully in overcast weather and the booster system is faulty. No indication as to when this can be fixed abd a reliable supply restored. Asked if current temperature level mot good enough!! This is totally unacceptable.

The room was a great size, which we needed to separate our 1 year old from us. The balcony meant we could stay up later once our child went to bed and had fantastic views over the sea. The breakfast was great and the weekly BBQ was wonderful. The pool is a fantastic size and was a lively environment for kids. It is really close to great local restaurants.

We have spent 2 weeks in a 2 rooms apartment, and it was a great and relaxing experience. For us and for our kids, who enjoied the pool, the pizza and the juices. The owners very nice and discret people, young and devoted to the guests. We will come at back here for sure.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and the food was delicious. We had a very nice pool and there were amazing restaurants nearby.

However, I do have 2 complaints. The first one is that we found some hairs in our room that were not ours. My second complaint is that the WiFi was extremely slow. I had to wait 15 minutes for a single YouTube video to load in. However, if you are just there to relax and not stay in the hotel room for long then it is worth the price.
