Great hotel located in a quiet area but very close to the seafront restaurant street. Our room was very large, tastefully decorated and equipped with a large corner terrace overlooking the sea, from which you could admire the sunrise. Electric shutters and well-equipped kitchenette. Nice bathroom with window. Thorough cleaning. The added value is the beautiful pool where it was pleasant to relax at the end of the hot days of August. We were greeted by a very kind guy who had the room prepared despite being very early. I can't comment on the breakfast not having tried it, but the buffet promised very well. Definitely a great choice and a great value for money.

Excellent hotel in the center of Kissamos right on the seafront (even if the beach in front isn't much). We stayed in a quadruple room on the ground floor, with a small terrace and entrance facing the pool. Comfortable room, nothing was missing: air conditioning, kitchenette and fridge, bathroom with window, terrace overlooking the sea, shared swimming pool large enough to accommodate 2 teenagers. A stone's throw from the restaurants on the seafront and 10 minutes from the small town center, the starting point for the beautiful beaches of western Crete. Daily towel change, excellent cleaning. The only point of improvement was that the Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the room and very little in the pool; I would have provided a small microwave oven. We'll be back!

Great hotel with great feel-good character in a family atmosphere. Very great staff, very well maintained facility with always enough loungers. Daily cleaning, very tasty breakfast and gaaaaaanz lots of sea views . We were there 10 days , and will definitely come back. Within walking distance are many good restaurants, even the city center can be reached quickly after a short walk. Highly recommended. Officially 3 stars, deserved for us 5 stars .

We absolutely love this hotel & we have been visiting many years now. We get a warm welcome every time we visit & Manoli & his team maintain the hotel to a high standard. Rooms are clean & we enjoyed our sea view. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is of good quality & there is a wide selection to suit every taste. We will return.

We "invaded" the Christina Beach Hotel in 22 (6 families) and we found the place very, very welcoming and the staff very kind and available to meet our needs. The breakfast was rich and of good quality. The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the restaurants on the Kissamos seafront.

Good location by the sea, near the pedestrian street of taverns, not far from the city center. Convenient to access the port take the boat to balos/gramvousa. Large apartment with kitchen fitted into a cupboard, swimming pool with bar. Breakfast with magnificent sea view from the bedroom terrace. Good atmosphere. However, the hotel is aging and lacks maintenance. Tip: ask for a room with a sea view on the second floor to be above the electric cable

Beautiful view of the Gulf, ideal for a walk along the town's seafront, which has yet to find its definitive form, bars and restaurants close at hand and strategic for trips to Balos beach (ship and bus, which I recommend, leave from here ) and for the other beautiful beaches of the west coast. In particular Elafonissi. Good service, clean and comfortable room, very quiet, spacious and also equipped with a kitchenette. Nice balcony with sea view. Swimming pool dedicated to guests. Sweet-savory breakfast that satisfies everyone and with some specialties. Overall very good.

We booked for a break in June 2020, well before the pandemic took hold. As it is becoming rapidly evident that there will be little or no air travel within weeks I contacted the property and asked if we could cancel the booking and either have a refund or move the dates. Both requests were turned down; it is unlikely that insurance will cover it and I have lost a lot of money. Do not book with this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during the third week of May. They had just opened for the summer season and yet had fairly few guests, which caused some problems:
* a/c did not work - rapidly fixed by change of remote control batteries * electronic door lock malfunctioned - eventually had to be replaced as a unit
This big problem was: We did not have any hot water (running it for 10-15 minutes did not help) from our arrival on Sunday until Friday morning. Several attemps were made to fix the problem, a reason being stagnant hot water cooling in the pipes due to little useage.
On the positive side everything was clean and modern (incl the pool), the breakfast was very good (although would have benefited from a bigger serving area) and the staff was quite friendly and helpful.
Special kudos to Maria, who dressed my wife's right hand that had been rather badly lacerated when she fainted and fell.

Charming welcome Well located, beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, pleasant terrace, small practical kitchen for helping out. Close to the pier with waterfront restaurants, supermarket nearby, good starting point for visiting the Balos lagoon. The very helpful owner took care of booking a taxi for us
A word of advice: if you order a taxi it takes 15 minutes of margin… A huge thank you to the family who agreed to drop us off at the port because the taxi was late
