My biggest beef with this place was the lack of hot water in the evening ( we arrived around 5) there was hot water in the morning. The other problem was the wedding going on party and loud music till late in the night. Breakfast...

People coming down from the disco are very loud...

It's 3am and I have not been able to close my eyes. If you stay in this nice and clean hotel, according to many the best hotel in Tulcan, make sure there is no party in the building. The noise was simply unbearable.
