Stayed in apartments in August 2020. Whilst the apartments are fairly small, the space was fine for a family of four as the sofas convert into beds easily. The pool is also fairly small but given the wide and beautiful beach is directly opposite the road it was more than enough for us.

An easy walk into the main town within fifteen minutes but far enough away if you want peace and quiet. A couple of friendly bars and restaurants within five minutes walk if you don’t want to go far.

Port de Pollenca generally a great resort and ideal location for visiting the beautiful NW corner of the island.

Highly recommended.

Just got back from a lovely stay here. It’s a perfect location with the beautiful beach directly opposite and the centre 5- 10 minute flat walk away. Sun beds in the beach were £20 for three beds and an umbrella for the day. The apartments are basic but have everything you need in it and are bright and airy. The manager was extremely helpful during our stay and couldn’t do enough especially when we had problems with
Our transport back to the airport. There is a supermarket right by it which was very useful. My only negative was there weren’t enough pillows but that’s a small thing really. Would I stay again ? Absolutely !

The location of the hotel is excellent; right at the beach and within walking distance to town. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff.
The apartment was in need of some renovation; floor was not in the best condition, beds were in my opinion very uncomfortable, shower hade spots of black mold, the sofa beds could do with new textiles and curtains and bedspreads could do with a proper washing. They did not look as crisp as in the pictures.
The front door and the look was not functioning well.
The wi-fi worked perfect as long as you stood right next to the front door, close to the reception. Otherwise it did not work at all.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment, which was perfect. The grass was however not cut in front of our apartment, or the one next to us.
Pool area was nice, sunbeds a bit dated. Outdoor space (balcony) had nice furniture.
I would consider staying again, if it´s only for one week. Mainly due to the excellent location. If the hotel was renovated I would most definetly stay again.

These apartment's are reasonably priced in a great location directly opposite the beach. However, sadly the standard of maintenance in the room we stayed in left a lot to be desired. The toilet seat wasn't properly fixed onto the bowl, the metal transition strip in the shower had completely come away, the kitchen kickboards were hanging off and the socket and light fittings weren't flushly secured. Not to mention the fact that we had a kettle that continually tripped the electrics everytime it was turned on. The fridge in the apartment was old and took more than a day to chill anything, the TV reception was poor and the standard of WiFi was atrocious and practically unusable. Also, upon arrival I was shocked to discover that the only thing securing the double doors to the balcony was a 5mm metal pin. Given the fact that we were only staying on a first floor apartment next to a single storey roof, this is glaring security risk. I have no problem with a self-catering holiday apartment being basic, because all you really need is a clean and well maintained space. Disappointingly we got neither for our money. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone unless the owners make some drastic changes.

We found the hotel through a booking agency. According to the pictures, the rooms looked nice and newly renovated. We were very surprised when we arrived. The rooms were old and smelled like mould. My daughter, who has asthma, could not breathe. We were promised that the hotel had 24/7 hour reception service. That was certainly not the case. We waited in the middle of the afternoon for more than 2 hours and no one was there. Ultimately, we had to leave. We have contacted the booking agency who keeps telling us they cannot get in contact with the hotel. We have tried to get a refund for 6 months. Still no reply. Do not ever book this hotel!!!!!

Initially attractive in appearance, in a great location and the balcony with sea view was great. Valentina, who welcomed us, was lovely.
However, look behind that and to say the place is tired is an understatement, it’s exhausted.
Numerous small things added together made for a very frustrating experience.
Leaking shower, sticking entrance door and completely useless Wi-Fi, which is inexcusable.
If our room was anything to go by whole place could do with some serious TLC.
Disappointing as it could be so much better.

I visited here with my daughter and really had the best time! The location of the apartments is second to none and the view from our room was just amazing. Staff were friendly and efficient and the apartment had everything we needed. Showers were great and thank goodness for the air-con as it was very hot during the time of our visit. The beach was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Food at the local restaurants was very good too. We will be back I just wish we could have stayed for longer!

Fabulous apartments, directly across from the most beautiful beach. There is a spar shop underneath with everything you need and fantastic restaurants and bars right beside the apartment. A 15 minute stroll along the beautiful palm walk to the marina and loads of restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless and staff were wonderful, get the sea view, it was amazing. Definitely recommend this!

Disappointing Shop put in front of apartments Booked ground floor apartment to be offered a dreary dark smelly one or first floor one. The new manager was not very welcoming or very professional. The fridge was without shelves. The kettle was dangerous and the toaster kept tripping out the electrics in the apartment. The receptionist went above and beyond to put right these problems right and was helpful, polite and very friendly.

The first and most important thing about the Bellamar Apartments was the fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. We requested a sea view and were very pleased to have got it. It was lovely to sit in the early evening taking in the view.

The apartment was adequate for the purpose. The childrens beds were in the lounge area and were also the sofas, but they were actual beds not sofa beds, the children were very happy about that. The kitchen was very small, you could access all the cupboards etc from one position. This didn't bother us as we only ate breakfast in the room and ate out everynight as we booked self catering. There is an option for bed and breakfast or half board that you can book before hand, or upgrade to if you see reception. The meals being served in the Hotel, Pollensa Prk. The hotel overlooks a road, which is quite noisy but it is only noticable at night. The children didn't have a problem sleeping, however, I am a light sleeper and used ear plugs. There was no other noise, most bars nearby are quite or closed at 12 am, and we never heard noise from other familys in their apartments either. The maid service was very good, they came everyday, exept Wed and Sun. The apartments have their own pool at the side of the block. Its quite small, but ideal for families with small children who want to stay near their apartment. We used the apartment pool 2 or 3 times, but mostly went to the hotel pool, and of course you are only across the road from the beach, so often we would have a walk over, go in the sea, or just have a walk.

In the street at the side of the apartments and hotel is a row of shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed going in the British Bar, Bon Dia, which had internet access. There was also the Kareoke bar, that was very good fun. Supermarket, selling all you might need. Further round the corner from the shops and past the hotel is a litte restaurant called Ikebana, this was good food and very reasonably priced, with a set menu if you want to take advantage of it.

The hotel is great. Entertainment everynight. Children made welcome. Mini disco pm, followed some nights by Bingo, then the entertainment. The entertainment is outside, however once we were inside. During the day, there are lots of activities for the adults and children, Boules, Basketball, Tennis, Darts, Archery, Water Polo, Water Aerobics. The pool isn't opened till 9am, there is a chain across the path from the apartments to the pool area which is removed at 9am, a queue forms from 8.15am onwards, where once the chain is removed, there is a mad dash from the path from the apartment, and a queue from inside the hotel. Within 60 seconds the towels are down on the beds and it seemed to me that almost everyone dissappeared back inside for breakfast. All very odd. But it was something you had to do if you wanted a bed near the pool. However there are many many beds. The pool bar was great, the waiters were friendly and always happy and the food was good too.
Reception were very helpful and efficient, as were the bar staff. Make sure you check the drink menu before ordering any drinks as I ordered a Southern Comfort without checking and it was 5.90 euros, and that was on ice, no lemonade, if I had got lemonade with it, it would have been 7.80 euros, ish. There are cheaper drinks, just check first.

The walk from the apartments to Puerto Pollensa takes approx 25 mins, its very flat so good for prams and wheelchairs and bikers. There are so many restaurants to choose from along the promenade, and many more along the Pine Walk just after the marina, and in the square. We particularly liked Maxim's, italian type restaurant in the square. Other nice places to eat are, Bahia hotel, on the pine walk, quite expensive but a lovely view.
La Roc, just behind the pine walk. Little Italy, passed the Bahia further along on the pine walk. I enjoyed a gorgeous Spagetti and Salmon dish at the Maina, which was right next to the apartments on the corner. Lovely. We had a great night in a restaurant called, La Cella. Our absolute favorite hotel and meal was at Illa Dor Hotel. Very expensive, 148 euros, for meal for 4 with starters and only 2 puds, and drinks too. So expect it to be expensive but the location is lovely, eating overlooking the sea literally, you could see the fish swimming up, as its set on a terrace over the sea. You could also try the Chinese, which is just off the square, its air conditioned, and the food is gorgeous, and the prices were very very good. There is also the Brisamarina, near the marina. This restaurant was immaculately clean, friendly staff and the food good too.

We went to Alcudia Water Park on the bus, the driver shouts out the different stops, the stop for the Water Park, is referred to as the Magic Roundabout, so listen out for that, and you can see the water park from the bus stop. The water park itself wasn't that big compared to others we've been to. We arrived at 12pm and were on our way home for 5pm. There is a large pool where they have a wave machine, but this is only set off at certain times of the day, and these times are displayed on a large clock. There were only set off two times while we were there. There are another 5 water rides, all of which had big queues, however that adds to the anticipatiion. There are plently of different types of food to order there, and ice creams etc. Little pool for smaller children too.

For older teenagers, I think they would have to venture out to Alcudia for a more nightlife. Most places around the hotel and apartments are closing up at 12am, but Alcuida is only about 15 or 20 mins away in a taxi, where there are many more bars and nightclubs.

There is a market day in the square, on Wednesdays. This gets very busy towards midday, so go earlier if you don't like the crowds. The stalls sell mostly clothes, bags, jewellery, food, fruit and veg.
