Brilliant stay at Sis Pins - thank you! Staff couldn’t do more, nothing was too much trouble, sea view room - amazing! Overall cleanliness perfect, and to top it all lovely breakfast. Honestly can’t wait to return. Thank you everyone at Sis Pins. I was sad to leave.
We returned again as soon as this fabulous hotel reopened in April. The staff can’t do enough for you, they make you feel welcome and are so knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast fantastic and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. Can’t wait until we return in August.
Rooms badly in need of update. Only redeeming feature is view (if you pay extra for sea view room) and the staff being helpful. For the price per night it really doesn't compare with others. Very few home comforts. Cappuccino Club seems to be encroaching and we definitely won't be back. You guys need to up your game.
Having stayed at the Sis Pins, a number of years ago, we decided to treat ourselves to a seaview terrace room on this occasion. The hotel website describes these rooms as “ you have to see them to believe them”. It is very clear that you are paying for the sea view opposed to the quality of the room itself. Whilst the rooms are spacious, they are very basic indeed and the bathroom is certainly in need of being replaced. Overall the room requires some TLC and investment made in it, particularly as these are meant to be the best rooms in the hotel! We paid approx 180 Euros per night for this room in low season and it is, in my opinion, 5 Star prices for a 3 Star hotel room. Do not have high expectations of the room, when you book. Breakfast was included in this price and I would describe it as OK, however not the experience you would expect given the price you pay. This hotel has not changed in years and would clearly benefit from some investment.…
Right on the beach with its own private beachside patio / lounger area, plenty of eatieries and cafes surrounding, perfect location for sun seekers and cyclists. Stayed here with a cycling group and the large secure cycling room is a godsend allowing you to rack your bike up do some quick maintenance etc. Breakfast excellent for holiday guests and cyclists. Easy access to all the major rides - Colabra, Puig, Formentor etc. Pollensa is a low key resort with the busier Alcudia just a short taxi ride away. Room spotless and airconditioned. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you email ahead of arrival they can orgnise cost effective transfers - including bikes. Would definately recommend and return - thanks to all at Sis Pins for an enjoyable and memberable break.
Once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Sis Pins. The hotel is in a perfect location on the Pinewalk. All hotel staff are friendly and knowledgable on local customs and eateries. Will certainly stop again
This is the second time staying at Sis Pins and found it to be even better than before. The rooms were redecorated - Cuppuccino next door was delightful. English breakfast or continental - your choice. All excellent. TV stopped working following a storm - reported it and it was fixed in minutes! The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves - will return
1st time cycling in Majorca. Sis pins was highly recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Our hire bikes were safely stored and secure in a room attached to the hotel. You are given a passcode for access and optional a bike lock for a small fee. They provide a track pump too so you don’t need to bother taking your own. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Location - excellent starting point for bike rides and to the square for more restaurants & bars. Breakfast - very good choice croissants & cooked, fruit & cereal. Hotel room - spotlessly clean, fresh towels everyday. Tea & coffee provided. Small little fridge handy to store water, milk & for me a few beers. Hotel staff - always polite with a smile, very helpful. The hotel backs onto the beach and Pine walk. There’s nothing more you could ask for. Very happy, highly recommended would definitely stay here again 🚴♂️🚴♂️👍🏻👍🏻☀️😎…
Right on the sea front, friendly staff, reasonably priced, breakfast included but the only rooms worth having are at the front of the hotel, I was looking out at a brick wall for a fortnight and no balcony, despite asking for a sea view and the air con kept stopping.
We have just returned from a week in Port de Pollenca, staying at the Sis Pins hotel, as a family of four, and for what we were after it was ideal. The interior is clean but slightly dated. The rooms were clean and spacious and in both cases the air conditioning was fine. The hotel is perfectly located in the town, not quite in the most commercial part but where there is enough activity to be interesting. Bang opposite is a clean sun deck with loungers and from which there is easy access to the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful; the rest of their catering has been outsourced to a cafe/restaurant group called Cappuccino and there are plenty of other good restaurants nearby. For a similar stay in the future we would happily return.
