My first trip to Mallorca, but certainly won't be my last. Only stayed for a week on this occasion, but I will definitely be returning. Porto Pollensa is stunning, relaxed, and the perfect place for a chill out holiday, and I highly recommend this charming, friendly, clean, and very well managed hotel if you decide to visit the resort. Just back from the end of the pine walk, it is a delightful 10-15 minutes stroll to the main restaurant area, though there are a few restaurants even closer. We were delighted to be given a room with a sea view, totally unexpected, but a real treat as we tend to sit out on a balcony a lot on holiday. Breakfast is a tasty assortment fresh bread and pastries, plus a good selection of meats and cheeses, plus yogurt, fruit, cereals, great coffee (I am fussy about coffee and this really was top-notch), and a selection of juices. The room had everything we needed, towels changed daily, and room cleaned to a very high standard, corridors are carpeted so no clonking feet noise as people pass by the room, and the lift is very handy. Cannot find anything to fault about this hotel and it's amazing staff. See you again soon everyone.

What a lovely laid back hotel. It is a little way off the famous Pinewalk which is a good thing as it is quite peaceful at night and easy to sleep.

We had a first floor room which had everything we needed although we had the benefit of a very large outside terrace facing the pool area. It was furnished with a table and two recliner chairs

Josep the manager is so pleasant and helpful and organised a couple of things to help us, along with his staff, including the lovely Katrina and all her colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble for them

Continental breakfast is wonderful with everything you could want and a great coffee machine piping hot coffee every time

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Port of Pollensa

We stayed at the Villa Singala for a week in August and would have been more than happy to have stayed much longer. The location of the hotel at the quieter end of the Pine Walk was perfect for a stroll into the main part of the town to enjoy the beaches and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and kept the place extremely clean and tidy. The room although not huge was very clean and comfortable and having a balcony was a real bonus. The room had air conditioning, a small fridge and a safe which were all great additions. Breakfasts offered an excellent choice of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, meats etc along with a good choice of coffees and teas. We loved our stay and plan to visit again soon. Thank you all at the Villa Singala for a lovely stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I stayed with my teen daughter in a room with a balcony.

The hotel is situated at the end of the Pine Walk, which was perfect for us away from the main restaurants and hustle and bustle.

Upon arrival, I asked about gluten free breakfast options as myself and my daughter have coeliac disease. I was told that we just needed to let the servers know at breakfast time about needing gluten free food and that we would be looked after.

At breakfast, we were given a tray with gluten free cereal, rice cakes, muffins, magdalena cakes and gluten free bread. There was also fruit and meats with cheese, fruit juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. It was so good!

The hotel room was small, but had everything you could need, with a free safety deposit box, hairdryer, kettle, fridge and the comfiest pillows.

Our room had a sea view, but the rooms at the opposite side look out to a cafe/bar, so something to think about when booking as it may get noisy on an evening.

All in all, we have had a wonderful mini break!

Thank you so much to Josep and your fantastic team for making us feel so very welcome. We will certainly be staying with you again in the future.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in Puerto Pollensa.

Due to unforeseen circumstances me and my partner had to leave our accommodation in the middle of our holiday and we were desperate to find somewhere with it being the peak of the season. Luckily we called in to Villa Singala and Josef the manager went above and beyond to do everything he could to accommodate us. We ended up spending 2 nights in a balcony room and 2 nights in another room without a balcony and honestly I cannot fault either.
Josef held our luggage for us, let us check in early, had our second room ready first thing in the morning so we were able to move across straight away and quite honestly he could not have been more helpful and I am so grateful for his kindness as it honestly saved our holiday.

The rooms at Villa Singala are modern, clean and perfect. All the amenities you need (kettle,tv,aircon, hair dryer and a very very comfy bed). The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday and the shower and bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast is basic but very yummy, continental and plenty to choose from & wonderful staff working each morning.

The hotel is located across from my favourite bar in Puerto Pollensa (Store Forementor) which is a MUST on a Sunday for their live music and food - i recommend the paella.

The location of the hotel is perfect, I have been coming to PP for over 20 years and we have stayed up and down the pine walk and I honestly miss the walk when we don’t stay at the end which Villa singala is located at. It takes about 1 minute to get onto the front and then about 10 to get to the shops and restaurants along the pine walk.

I seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be back!!!

If your priority is a small hotel, personally managed, in a quiet location and incredibly clean - then this is for you. It is a good 15/20 minute walk to where restaurants and resort facilities are found, although taxis do apparently exist. It lists as 3 stars but in many ways feels better than that.
The rooms without balconies lack anywhere to dry swimwear/towels and are quite small but are otherwise adequate enough. Breakfast is lovely, without hot foods but lots of fruits, cereals and breads. Even Enseimadas every morning, a treat!

They do not do evening meals but across the road is a hidden gem, The Store, a bar/restaurant that's open all day serving great food from simple snacks to top quality dinners and excellent wines/drinks/cocktails. Behind there is a Spar small supermarket. And on Sundays from 5pm to 8pm is live music with reservations essential. Enjoy the combo of hotel and neighbouring Store. One enhances the other.

Loved The Villa Singala hotel. Small boutique type hotel with only 26 rooms which are lovely, not huge but have everything necessary and cleaned on a daily basis if required. Very comfy bed and pillows, discreet decor, proper plug in hairdryer (not tethered to bathroom), enough storage space with plenty of good quality clothes hangers. There’s a small fridge and drink making facilities in the room, could do with having mugs instead of teacups and saucers (take your own teabags). There’s also a FREE safe for your valuables.
The Continental type breakfast is excellent with everything you could possibly want…fresh pastries, fresh fruit, prepared fruit, cereals and granola, different types of freshly baked bread for toasting, many types of ham, cold meats and cheese, hard boiled eggs, jams, conserves and even peanut butter, fruit juices, many types of teas and great coffee. The bar snacks, sandwiches, pizzas, salads etc served most of the day are aLeo excellent and at great prices.
Situated at the end of the Pine Walk promenade, it’s just an easy, pretty walk to excellent restaurants and bars. If you don’t fancy the walk there’s just a short skip across the road to another great restaurant and bar which has a live music evening on Thursdays, it’s starts early and goes on until about 9 pm ish, don’t even have to be there to enjoy it if you have a balcony or terrace.
There’s just one very small negative, and it seems to be a Spanish thing, in that there is what they call a desk, with a chair, that could really do with mirror above it which would change it to the essential dressing table that most ladies would like. There’s a full length mirror in the room and a bathroom mirror too.
However, the best thing about the Villa Singala is the staff, from Joseph the manager, Elissa, who managed in his absence, the cleaning ladies to the maintenance man. Nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly, kind and accommodating. We will return.

Just off the Pine Walk is this little gem of a hotel, good for couples who enjoy a more peaceful location but still within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The continental breakfasts are pretty decent, and the lunchtime snacks are very good value. A nice little beach is just around the corner. Just one negative is some noise is heard from neighbours bathrooms but regardless of that we would return.

Great hotel , 10 mins from the resort great walk to and from Puerto Pollença. The hotel has now had a lift fitted in the last3 years making the rooms easier to access without carrying your cases up stairs which was not any hassle. This hotel cater for breakfast , lunch but no evening meal as most people eat out. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will sort out any issues you may have.. they also have a pool at the back of the hotel if required but is very close to the beach so you have both options.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Villa Singala for a week in early June. We have stayed many times before and were delighted to return again this year. The hotel is small but perfectly formed and is modern and spotless. Josep and ALL the team do an outstanding job. Rooms are quite basic but well equipped and the cleaners are exceptional. Buffet breakfast has an excellent choice and the bar lunches on the terrace are recommended. The pool area is ideal for relaxing and the hotel location is perfect with only a short walk into the centre of the town, and minutes from the sea.
We will definitely be back again soon. Cannot recommend highly enough !!
