We visited the Puerto Azul in 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we instantly booked to return in 2023. I am happy to say that we weren't in the least disappointed by this decision and will soon be booking for 2024. We stayed half-board as it really is a bargain. The rooms are great - nice and spacious with TV's in both parts (lounge and bedroom) even though we rarely watched them. The bathroom was very good. The balcony was spacious affording our favourite view of the mountains. Great WiFi, very useful fridge etc. Given the financial difficulties being faced by the hospitality industry we had wondered if the restaurant would be quite as good as before. Such worries were misplaced - the food was excellent with lots of choice, good variety through the weeks and plenty for everyone. As before the service was first class - friendly, efficient and very tolerant of my halting Spanish. Breakfasts were particularly good. We had intended to treat ourselves to a couple of dinners out but, frankly there was no point - we ate as well as we might have done elsewhere. One final but key point about the hotel is that all of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit already.

Absolutely terrific hotel. We visited on the last week of October on a half board package. Normally we prefer self catering but the deal was good so we took it. I have to say that the food offering was so good and varied, we did not venture anywhere else. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff were simply faultless; super efficient, approachable and friendly. When we happened to be in for the entertainment, it was most enjoyable and varied. The hotel in general was immaculately clean and the room very comfortable. The resort was a recommendation from friends and we loved it; classy, refined, beautiful. We thought the weather on last week of October was a gamble but early 20s all week, sunny and no rain. Felt like a fine summer week in the UK. We travelled everywhere by bus, so easy, cheap and frequent; no need for a car for a first time visitor. I travel a lot with work to the main business chains. For me, this hotel exceeded these. Thanks to everyone involved for such a great holiday.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, shout out to Sue on reception for her excellent local knowledge. Rooms were spacious, very clean and cool. Bathroom roomy and clean, although shower temperamental at busy times. Very comfy bed. Food good and plenty of choice, tables cleared quickly, all staff very friendly. Would 100% recommend, thanks for wonderful holiday everyone!

We are repeat guests at Puerto Azul Suite Hotel in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. Once again it has been a pleasure to see all of you and we wish you well. It is a pleasure to stay in a hotel which is family run, but applies the highest standards. It continually seeks to upgrade the facilities combined with the highest level of service, and provides entertainment to suit most tastes. Once again, Rafa and Sven and the Entertainment Team are irrepressible, even in the 40°C and humidity of high summer, so this early October was very pleasant at approaching 30°C. As returning guests, we are relaxed with the long-serving staff members who are friendly and positive, but we find that first time guests are equally made to feel comfortable. The service at Reception is very professional and approachable, and once again the domestic services and level of cleanliness are exceptional. The suites are all comfortable and there is plenty of variety in outlook to suit all requirements. Cyclists will find it a very suitable base, and the Port and seafront are a short step away. The Restaurant fare is plentiful and varied and of the highest standard of preparation and culinary skill. The ambience is a first-class service. The camareras work tirelessly each shift under the professional eye of Malena, who encourages a friendly rapport with the guests, adding to the pleasure of the experience and not least the prospect of an early return. In conversation with a first time visitor about the experience of the hotel, we agreed that it remained large enough to provide as much of the facilities you need, but small enough to keep the personal touch. Truly it is as much about the friendships there, in the premium resort, on the idyllic holiday island.

What a lovely hotel this is. We travelled as a couple with a young baby. The rooms are perfect for travelling with babies as there is a separate bedroom, so we have evenings in the living room and balcony whilst the baby sleeps in the bedroom. Lovely quiet room (B block). The food is absolutely fantastic. We have travelled to many all inclusive/ half boards in Europe and the Caribbean (3 in the last 12 months) and this small hotel really delivers. The food has flavour and is fresh. It just feels a cut above the usual quality. The staff are all lovely and friendly. It is a small hotel with just a quiet, friendly vibe which is just what we want. The beach is a 5 minute walk and has beautiful clear, shallow water with lots of fish. There are lots of bars/ restaurants on the promenade. Good parking for hire cars. Apparently a bus stop right outside. The pool was a bit too cold for our baby, but she is very young so not really a surprise. The sea was warm enough for a little dip though. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is the 3rd time we have visited the Puerto Azul in Pollensa and we were once again very impressed with our stay. A family of 4 staying in 2 rooms in A Block which were clean and tidy upon arrival, this was maintained by the cleaners throughout our stay. The food was once again marvellous with a great selection to choose from catering for everyones needs, the restaurant staff were very helpful and very friendly. The reception staff answered all our queries and were very helpful throughout the stay. A big shoutout to the Bar staff who not only provided great service if you wanted to have lunch or purchase drinks. With the hotel being situated only 2 mins from the beach it's a stellar location with lots of great surrounding views with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard and deserve their praise for providing great entertainment. Overall very happy again with our stay with such a lovely hotel, with the same staff year in year out it really does provide such a lovely family feel to the hotel.

We have always done self catering in apartments, but felt we needed a little luxury. We booked the Puerto Azul and boy did we hit the jackpot for our first hotel experience. There is nothing bad we can say about the hotel only all good. Excellent staff, who were always on hand if you needed help. The restaurant girls were great as were the cleaning ladies and the reception staff were great too. The food was excellent and always fresh and plentiful. the pool area was always kept clean and was suitable for all age groups. We will definitely be back as we love Puerto Pollensa its a great resort and very family friendly. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday such a lovely experience.

I stayed here for five nights with my husband in September 2023. It’s a really good location in Puerto Pollensa within walking distance of the seafront and little supermarkets nearby. We hired a car and there was plenty of free on street parking next to the hotel. Our room was C208, which looked out onto the school and the mountains behind, but we didn’t really use the balcony all that much. The room was great, separate bedroom and little lounge. Fridge and kettle, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. My other half loves a safe and there was one in the room, which you had to pay a deposit and a small amount to use. The main thing I liked about this hotel was the food. It was really excellent for me. I am a bit of a fussy eater/sort of vegetarian and normally when I go to these kind of hotels that have buffets I often end up eating chips and vegetables, but not at the Puerto Azul! There was so much choice for me it was really great & my husband said the same too, in fact, I think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to for the quality of buffet food. The entertainment was good. We enjoyed the magic show and the Spanish flamenco evening. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, although we were there in September, but there were no problems with not having anywhere to sit. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Pollensa and we really enjoyed our time there
