Decided to try the brasserie due to the 50% off food offer. The food was lovely- all home made. Both the fish & chips and pie & chips were great. The staff were friendly, and the service good. Will definitely go back even when the offer ends.

Stayed here for two nights in January and it was lovely, cosy and warm. The rooms were clean and generous, with sea views and the golf course. We had breakfast and one meal in the smaller restaurant which was very relaxed and well cooked..they even have a wine jukebox where you can purchase a card from the bar and sample...

Came here for my friend's 50th birthday party, we all had rooms, bed and breakfast and we had the function room on the 1st floor. We arrived early and had a walk into town... there isn't much in the town itself but a walk along the beach is lovely on a dry day. There is a huge car park for...

Having lived near here for 14 years Paul and I thought we'd take advantage of the 50% off their food in January offer. The castle always looks so nice. We were booked in at 8.30 and arrived on time. No one greeted us and we had to ask where we were seated. We sat down and waited , and waited...

Lovely setting, with sea views, overlooking a golf course. It appeared that a lot of rooms had been refurbished but it was still ongoing. Our room was clean, lovely en-suite, which all looked new. The bar and coffee shop were all nicely decorated and provided very pleasant areas. The staff were helpful and friendly and service was very good.

Having lived on the Wirral for over 10 years, I've always known the castle to be very dated in indoor decor and never rated it as a place to eat or stay. They are under new management and are offering 50% off all food through January. Would highly recommend even when not on discount it's still extremely reasonable and great...

The sandwiches were lovely and the cakes and scones were to die for. Unfortunately we couldnt manage them all but Jack our waiter provided 3 boxes to bring...

From the moment we walked in the hotel to the minute we left everyone was fantastic, everything was perfect. All the staff are friendly, the rooms are modern and spacious and the look of the place is outstanding inside and out. No complaints at all.

I stayed here for one night using an offer I got on Groupon. This also included free tapas and a cocktail. The Knights Cocktail lounge where we spent our evening was really nice, and the food we got was lovely. The cocktails were also made very well, and our bartender made sure we were happy with them. We stayed in...

Me and my partner got married here on the weekend! It went perfectly from planning it until the moment we left the morning after our wedding. We could not fault The food, decorations, venue, bridal suite and all the staff. Debbie was amazing with all the planning and everything she done for us. Sarah decorated everywhere and it looked great....
