This hotel is in fantastic surroundings overlooking the river Tay, some lovely walks. We were a group of eight guests and did the New Year Package, dinner bed and breakfast for three nights. Altogether a great weekend, ceilidh and fireworks, and an afternoon tea included also.

Kenmore Hotel is set on the banks of the river, has beautiful walkways along the beach, river and castle grounds. Dog friendly rooms are available in the adjacent accommodation. Always good value for money.

Having spent Hogmanay in Skye my partner surprised me with an extra night at Kenmore Hotel on our way home. He has wanted to stay here for a while after passing it on his travels. I had a look at the website on our way there and was looking forward to it. We got a nice

We arrived to stay in one of the Kenmore Lodges and having previously visited the hotel decided to have an early dinner in the Poets Bar since it was our first night. The Poets Bar was very busy with no free tables so we moved into another area just off the back of the bar on

Huge room, nice staff and lovely food the only downside was the noise from what I think was a utility / boiler room next to our room (22) every 10-15 minutes it would start up and run for a bit and switch off, you only noticed it when it was quiet but that's when it was time to

Is it worthwhile upgrading to executive room with verandah?
If the room has been decorated recently the yes I'd probably go for it. Don't stay in the gatehouse rooms they aren't brilliant

We were on the second floor at the end of a maize of hallways with a view of a maintenance area - not much of a view. Others in our group did have views of the river or lake. May be best to ask the hotel staff for a recommendation.

Hi, Stob Ban is in the square, opposite the Kenmore Hotel. It is a lovely lodge right in the centre of the village. The front of the house faces the hotel, and the back of the house, where the hot tub is, faces towards the loch. However, other property would obstruct the view, so I don't think you would have a view of the loch. The lodges at the Kenmore are lovely, and The Boathouse probably has the best view, but of the river and bridge, not the loch, and I don't think the lodges by the river have hot tubs. Hope that helps. I wouldn't let the lack of view stop you, Kenmore is beautiful, and the hospitality at the hotel is second to none.
