I visited the hotel with my partner for a short break, beautiful hotel and location but inside was not so beautiful. First we had an issue with our room which was not what we paid for and I asked to be moved but they were all booked, the reception girl was the only helpful person, she tried her best to...

Stayed in the Sunny Lyn apartment as we had dogs. Very large and the dogs loved it. The bathroom and kitchen is slightly dated but all in all we really liked it. Staff at the hotel were great and the food in both the hotel and the beach restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely be staying again!

We took a short break at this hotel. It is in a perfect position right on Carbis Bay beach with the restaurant and lounge area overlooking the bay. We also had access to the spa, which was an added bonus. The first thing to say about this hotel is that the staff are wonderful. Just so friendly and helpful. Particularly...

We first visited this hotel in March 2016; loved it so much we took advantage of the 'loyalty' offer for a return visit the following winter. A lot of improvements were either completed or well underway when we returned in March 2017, including the external glass and timber terrace that extends beyond the dining room and the bright sunny conservatory....

Stayed here on a special Travel Zoo deal for 2 nights. Good welcoming reception, but found some problems in the side view room we had been allocated. Mentioned this to reception staff who promptly apologised and upgraded our room. That's what I call good service. Nice food with a reasonable vegetarian choice.

Booked ourselves and another family in to use the spa and to have lunch afterwards. We called before hand to make sure it wasn't full and told them we had 30 miles to travel to get there. Despite being told it was empty and we had no reason to book we were turned away for what seemed like we didn't...

Recently had our Wedding Reception here. Absolutely fantastic. Venue is in such a great location and all the staff were great. In particular, Maxine who helped us organise our big day was a God send. Extremely enthusiastic and always accommodating, she helped us plan every aspect of our wedding and on the day itself she ensured everything ran smoothly. We...

We have just returned from a 2 day stay. We were welcomed by check in staff and shown around. We took advantage of the lovely pool and spa. The rooms had lovely sea views, great quality towels, refitted bathroom. We had a balcony which would have been even better had they added a few blankets for us to sit out...

Ok booking this hotel it sounded like the perfect weekend break, arrive there and is so so stunning. Biggest problem was that I asked for the best room for my mrs birthday and they said that we were booked in one of the best rooms in the hotel over looking the beach. Then received our keys only to find we've...

This is a first time visit to the hotel and I will start by saying my partner and I will be returning. Our check-in was hassle free and although we were slightly early our room was ready. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. Our room (219) was on the top floor and was nicely decorated and a...
