We had a great time at Headland House, perfect location, very clean, massive breakfast ( ask for small portions) very homely. it was useful to have parking onsite and short walk to local shops for newspaper, drinks etc. Very close to train station and only a 3 minute journey to St Ives, much easier than driving and finding a place to park!! Would stay again

This is the the best b&b we’ve stayed in. Lovely room ,people and breakfast. Nice cake each day in room .Great location and view . Train station to 2mins walk , 3mins into st ives £2 return.Will definitely go back .

Just had 2 nights here and would highly recommend. Followed all COVID rules to the letter, spotlessly clean, welcoming and beautiful rooms. Owners and staff were lovely and could t do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic!

Where to start with this gorgeous B&B! We stayed at Headland House for a week and cannot rate it highly enough. We were looked after very well, breakfast was fantastic each morning and was served in their lovely breakfast room. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and had stunning views over Carbis Bay. We particularly enjoyed sitting in their outside area to relax and enjoy the last rays of sunshine each day! Would highly recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous gorgeous place, run by a fabulous couple- Mark and Fenella. The decor is beautiful. There are little extra touches everywhere- complimentary cake and sherry in the room, chilled water and fresh milk in the fridge, a canvas bag to take your stuff to the beach, blankets so you can enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace without being chilly in the evening. Delicious breakfasts- avocado, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, Joghurt, etc. Exemplary Covid 19 protocols. Many thanks Mark and Fenella for a wonderful stay.
