Such views of Himalayan ranges will leave you in utter awe.
Since 2012, I have been staying at Heritage Resort (this has been my 4th visit to this resort). Room # 203, my favorite one, a bamboo cottage and I have always felt cozy in this room. Every room is well-furnished, clean, comfortable, with hot running water facility and it has an aesthetically appealing environment. Nandanji, the Manager of the resort has always been super helpful and his nice and caring behaviour makes you feel happy. Rahul and Deepak, the resort assistants have always served us with a smile and made us feel at home, wonderful hospitality! Moreover, the quality of food served is amazing with lots of varieties to eat.
I always come back here to rejuvenate myself. As long as I visit Kasauni, this will be my place to stay……Heritage Resort has always elevated the whole experience of my travel.

The resort is located around 2 kms away from main Kasauni but it's a throw away distance from Tea estate run by the state govt.
The staff is very attentive in helping you with all your needs. They are constantly engaged in keeping the property nice and clean even after few hours of rain shower during our stay in early May the staff will bring everything back to normal as they organize bonfire every evening.
Pros: Staff 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Meeting all your needs & if you need any help with places to see around. 5/5
Cons: Food 3/5 (This was the only downside for us while staying in the resort it's quite spicy and breakfast buffet is also not upto the mark)
Room Service 5/5 (But they usually didn't keep a complimentary water bottle which you get each day during your stay but if you ask them they will provide you in jiff.

Beautiful location and stunning views of the magnificent Himalayas. We went in March which is an off season in Kausani due to which only couple of occupants were in the hotel. The buffet was closed due to this; however the staff pampered us with room service. Food was amazing and the staff was very courteous. We stayed for two nights and had a good stay though there were some initial hiccups at the time of checking in. It was raining on the first day and was a let down but the next morning, the view of the snow laden Himalayas just took our breath away. A must stay hotel if you are in Kausani. Location tip : if you want to relax amid nature, this is the place to go. Else there’s nothing much to see or do.

Its a pretty property well maintained, with beautiful mountain views. The food was good. Rooms were clean. We stayed here for 1 day. we stayed in the executive cottage which is kind of separated and you can walk over a small bridge to access the room. Pretty one. The breakfast was not having many options.

Good property with stunning Himalayan view. Staff is humble and helpful. Food is served fresh with good in taste. It's situated near to Tea garden and Shawl factory. I love to mention the staff member Mr Shiv, who was quite helpful and polite. Since i was on a solo trip, he loved to become my professional photographer, whenever I have requested. I am planning to visit and stay again here in December 24, during snowfall.

Along with my friends I stayed overnight at the Heritage Kausani Resort. One of the best resorts in Kausani, this resort is known for its location staff's behavior and quality of food. The staff from front office to room service was unique. I will recommend only Heritage Resort in Kausani, Wow! Amazing experience This resort is unique and tremendous with a quality of 5 levels.

Had a lovely time at this property for 2 nights. Built on a mountain it has enough space for kids to play. We had a room with a loft bedroom too. The rooms have no ac as the weather is pleasant. Food was excellent & staff friendly & courteous. The resort has swings & searing areas to chill alongwith live music in the evenings for guests to relax.

No basic amenities. A very small heater is provided to keep the room warm in 2-3 deg temperature. No proper blankets. No service and no one at the reception post 10.30pm. Rooms are ok. Has good potential- management needs to be improved.

We were in grp of 24 pax n a child,visited heritage resort kausani fr 2 nights(30 oct n 31 oct).It was a ladies grp.we booked 8 deluxe himalaya facing bamboo rooms.one of my frnd recomended this resort.Mr.Nandan singh whome i talked while booking is a nice n humble prsn.we reached there aftr 6.30p.m.The staff was waiting fr us on entrance n welcome us by serving welcome drink. The all rooms were cozy n well furnished.d view frm our room was lovely.we enjoy sunrise frm resort balcony. Rooms were clean n bathrooms were big n clean as well. The food was yummy n we liked the local food which was cooked fr dinner.Room service,restuarant staff was very friendly.

Good decent hotel. We stayed in a bamboo duplex and the kids enjoyed a lot. The food was good. It was very cold weather but the heater provided by the hotel ensured we kept warm. Staff was very cooperative. Overall a good experience.

The are in main road and the guys are not separate.that have in a row of 3 or 4 cottages.all cottages face Himalayan range.
You will deffinately enjoy the staff and manager is very helpful and curtacious.
