The reception was very warm and friendly. The beds were fantastic. The room spotless and spacious. The bathroom a bit outdated, but very clean. The chateau lacked some facilities, which would have a bonus, like a bar, or something like that. Because this part of Belgium is great for walking (in the Ardennes), it would have been nice to take...

A beautiful old Castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms, all the rooms were different and nicely decorated and great beds!. Breakfast was in a special place and it was delicious. only they played Christmas songs and we stayed in April. Great surroundings. There are caves nearby and the old and smallest town Durbuy. And...

This castle is a charming stay for a few days in summer. I stayed in January and found the rooms too cold and the meal service limited. No laundry service meant I had to bring my laundry with me after a 5 night stay.

I returned a second year to Chateau Harze to visit friends and tour Europe. We stayed 2 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had very high ceilings, though not width. We wanted to have the ambiance of staying in a Chateau and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was not open the days we were...

A great place - you can feel the history and the grandeur, the personnel is very kind and helpful, good food - the restaurant is really nice, the breakfast is pretty diverse. I loved my time spent here - even if it was for work :)

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had enough variety for our 2 day visit. We stayed in the annex which was rather pllain and that was reflected in the price. The wifi signal was very week and downloading e-mail was a chore. Beautiful setting. On Saturday when coming back from a nice long hike...

We stayed at the chateau in Harze as a nice weekend retreat. The check-in and welcome was very pleasant and in no time were we on our way to the room. The room itself was spacious with a beautiful view of the gardens. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were a bit large for our taste. The bathroom was...

We arrived with 6 people in 3 rooms. The reception was friendy. The rooms are big enough, clean, 2 had a shower and one was with a bath. We stayed next to the castle beacause of the dogs. No complaints about the hotel and the breakfast. There is a restaurant but only a French menu. No other language. The personal...
