Our group of 7 travellers could not have had a more perfect vacation. The palace is breathtaking but we made it our own with the first splash in the pool. Over two weeks our big decisions included which kitchen to cook in and which fantastic restaurant in Panicale to dine at. The Villa is ideally located for touring to many... More

We booked the villa as a group doing wine tasting, shopping, eating, and sightseeing in Umbria. It is quite close to Panicale - a 10 minute walk uphill (but downhill on the way back). The rooms are all quite large. The grounds are spacious. There is a perfect swimming pool down from the main villa. Emma and Fabio are incredible... More

We held a huge Family Reunion based in and around Villa Lemura in the first week of August and it truly could not have been more magical or wonderful. There were 86 of us from all over the world and every single one of us left with happy memories of the event and of this simply gorgeous villa. When I... More

We traveled from the west coast of the United States with our families and closest friends to hold our marriage week and ceremony at Villa le Mura. Our expectations and hopes were exceeded in every possible aspect. The villa itself is unbelievably beautiful. It is well-maintained and fully-stocked with practical necessities - it's luxurious without being so ornate and delicate... More

A group of 16 friends descended on the villa for a week in July. While most rentable villas in this region look seamlessly polished and modernised to the point of becoming somewhat plastic and sterile, the owner of this villa (who is on hand to provide information and/or assistance next door) has given you the rare opportunity to experience a... Had a week with a dear friend along with her family and closest friends to celebrate a special occasion. It is a historical residence where the owner has paid meticulous attention in selecting every piece of furniture and the soft furnishings was so special. Brian the caretaker of the home and grounds was a gem, I wanted to bring him... More

Our extended three generation family (13) spent a wonderful week in the restored Villa Le Mura. with its painted ceilings and beautiful grounds. The rooms are large and airy and the views of Lago di Trasimeno and nearby Panicale, a charming medieval village, from the terrace are lovely. The grounds include a formal Italian garden, extensive olive groves, and a... More

Worth a visit just to experience what being well to do in the last century would have been like. But with phones etc from this century. Emma is also one of a kind like the house. Sample it here if only for a few days really unique for me. Please treat the house well
