Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have just returned home from a week staying in one of the glamping safari tents “Ramsey”. We had a fantastic break and the location was so peaceful. There is a variety of accommodation but they are all so well spaced apart it’s so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t hear any other families. The tent was immaculate and had everything you need. The hot tub was so brilliant and we watched the bats every evening as it got dark. The staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to Tenby which has a supermarket and plenty of places to eat. The golf was great and next door at Heatherton is a fab day out for the whole family.

Had an amazing week, Mon - Fri, in one of the yurts, second time we have been, so relaxing and peaceful, took the dog with us, and he loved it, log fueled hot tub, was lovely, easy to light, and lasted for hours, cooked a breakfast each morning, as plenty of equipment in the outside kitchen, Staff was all friendly, and everything was clean and tidy, even had a welcome pack, with a lovely bottle of wine, Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic break away with the family. Stayed in Henry's Moat woodland hideaway. We will 100% be returning. Perfect location just a 10 min drive from tenby. Staff were amazing. The hideaway was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor shower was a massive hit, lovely and warm. Also loved the wood fired hot tub. These get super warm. It was so lovely there our only regret was that we didn't boon longer. Absolutely gutted to leave. We will definitely return

We have just had a week away in a hideaway (Henry’s moat) and it was amazing. A real special environment …The place is so clean and well kept, peaceful and friendly. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful , but Sam is such a great guy! They have thought of everything .. no wifi so we got to spend real quality time with the children, the wood fired hot tub was lovely.. the shower block is clean and showers are hot , Also there is so much to do in the area from activity centres, wildlife parks , beaches, waterfalls or just relaxing in the woods with the campfire going. Definitely worth the drive all the way from Suffolk! Xx

I'd highly recommend staying here. Lovely staff, 5 walk away from everything. Heatherton park gift shop is warm and welcoming. Kara in the gift shop is amazing. Amy who works the park is great. All in all, I really recommend visiting the park.

Just come back from a really relaxing holiday in the yurt. Everything you need is there to totally relax and go back to basics. Make sure you take the following; washing up liquid, couple of lounger chairs, towels, downloads on Netflix etc to chill in bed at the end of the night as there’s no TV, emergency power pack, couple of china plates if you don’t like eating off plastic plates. I took my dressing gown too and didn’t get any strange looks walking up to the hut in the mornings, it got chilly on a night time and nice to put on when you have got out of the hotub. Flip flops are a must. We took all of this and used it all. Hot tub, on first night light a couple of hours before but don’t make the mistake doing the same the second night it takes half as long to heat up and we were boiling. We visited lovely places eg Cardigan, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wiseman’s Bridge, Narbeth. There’s a compost loo but it’s fine, use the main toilet block for no2s if you wish….sometimes I couldn’t make it up there and it was fine, no smell in compost loo. All the staff really welcoming and helpful. Wi-Fi signal at main block only but it’s no worries as you’re there on holibobs ….can see teenagers getting bored there tho! Not us, we had an excellent time. Hope the tips help and enjoy this totally relaxing stay.

Just arrived home and I’m gutted we had to leave The Pyatts Nest! The place is brilliant and the staff are really friendly and helpful, in particular Sam the warden, he couldn’t do enough for us and was always welcoming. The treehouse is brilliant and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone up to a family of 4 at a push. Anymore and you would need to look at the larger treehouse. Plenty to keep you occupied, but is also very relaxing. There is no WiFi at the treehouse and electric is basically for the lights, but don’t let that put you off. If you do want to charge a phone and hook up to WiFi then there’s secure lockers and the shower block. The point of the place is to switch off from tech. I’m not going yo say much more other than a few little tips. - I’d recommend a good axe and possibly a good camping knife. Not really essential but it did help. - Bug spray ond/or mozzy tourch/zapper. It’s not too bad but again it does help. - Hang your food up off the floor. We learnt quickly that the local wildlife are cheeky and will steal your food. I caught a squirrel creeping in when it thought I had left, and had a visit from a fox in the night that wasn’t shy. - The outdoor shower is nice but take some kind of screen because people can see pretty much straight in from the path. Overall this is a great place to visit!

Just returned home from a fantastic weekend at Florence Springs glamping. We stayed in the Grassholm safari tent and it had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The kids loved the hideaway bed and the space at the front to run around. The wardens were very friendly and showed us around on arrival. Once the hot tub warmed up it was beautiful!!! We didn't have much luck with the weather but a holiday is what you make it. Highly recommend anyone booking here that want a fun family break.

Beautiful location and incredible experience. Easy to forget you are still technically camping because the area is so nice. Staff were so friendly and keen to make sure you understood everything to have the best time. Only small suggestion would be to perhaps look into a clubhouse or on-site shop as you develop. But it didn’t really affect our experience we still loved it.
