We have just spent 4 days at Bay View to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We can't rate this b and b highly enough. From the moment we arrived we we expereinced 5 star service. We stayed in room 5....with a view of the bay. Delicious breakfast...so much choice. Grant, Karen and the team really looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Beer is just beautiful...unspoilt and peaceful. Will we return..??? You bet... Can't wait...thank you..xx

Truly home from home with a better breakfast! Karen and her team were amazing from when we first arrived. A lovely room, very clean and crisp. A wonderful stay and probably the best b&b we have stayed in! I thought there was an award winning chef in the kitchen for breakfast as it was so yummy!! Thank you Karen!

This was our second trip to the Bay View and it didn't disappoint! The room was lovely, the host and staff so helpful and the breakfast amazing. Very good value and in a wonderful position next to the beach. Thank you Bay View.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Bay View Guest House. We visited Beer last year and had a couple of lovely lunches here and thought it would be nice to stay here one time so we decided to this year. From booking to leaving, the experience was first class! Great introduction to the property and room on arrival, spotlessly clean room, plentiful coffee and tea, comfy beds and wonderful views. The breakfast was amazing, it was all done to order and brought to the table so felt a real treat and delicious. The children were really well catered for and my daughter loved the hot chocolate. Friendly staff, in particular Karen who looked after us so well. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect beach front stay in Beer. Your hosts are charming, kind and thoughtful. Rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is next level brilliant. One of the lovely ladies even remembered I preferred oat milk so popped that into my room. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Really was the perfect little spot for a blissful few days!

Beer is one of the loveliest seaside villages we’ve ever visited, and Bay View Guest House is the perfect place to stay while there. Like the village itself, it’s unpretentious, old fashioned in the best ways, and gracious. And its location, right by the bay as well as the ascents to the coastal paths, couldn’t be better. Our room (#1) was simply and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed—as well as a lovely view of the village and the sea. All the staff are so kind and helpful; the breakfasts are abundant and varied; and we felt very grateful for the three nights we stayed there.

We had a short break at Bay View Guest House and it was excellent. Ring the bell for a friendly welcome to a lovely room overlooking the beach! We had a brilliant stay and we could be independent and not feel as though we were imposing on the owners. The breakfast room was fresh and delightful as was the amazing breakfast. A wide range of choices and no one could be disappointed. Thank you!

We took a cheeky 3 day break at the Bay View, having stayed here a number of times before. Beer is a pretty, quaint village and the Bay View does it proud. We had a room overlooking the bay which made our stay extra special. We arrived with a welcoming tea and scone, The staff were lovely, the breakfasts are brilliant, the rooms are smart and clean. Thanks for yet another great break.

Have just returned from the most perfect & relaxing break at the Bay View. We had a lovely room overlooking the bay with a big comfy bed. It is so peaceful you are guaranteed a restful sleep. Breakfast has lots of choice & it was all delicious. The owner & the lovely lady who served us are so friendly and just can’t do enough for you. Beer itself is a perfect base for exploring the area without the crowds. Already thinking of a return visit…thanks all!

We had a lovely stay at the Bay View. It was a beautifully decorated room, very clean and comfortable and in a great location looking right out to the sea. The breakfast was amazing too and a fab choice, not just an English breakfast here. We really loved it and would come back. My only slight niggle is that the key to the main door lock was a little bit dodgy to open and the lock probably needs replacing or some wd40!, but that was just a minor thing. PS it was £5 to park overnight which was fine due to the seafront location as they don’t have their own parking and they arranged it all for us. Very easy.
