We went to this hotel back in 2015. The only good thing about this place was the food which was nice but nothing to shout about. Rooms were very basic nothing like the pictures. Upon arriving we had to wait around as there was no one to be seen on reception, no one had even booked us in the diary...

Had I done so, as I found all the recent negative comments to be true, I would not have booked 2 nights there. From missing bedroom...

I had my Wedding & Overnight stay here on 24th September 2016. I had all the rooms booked out. I complained to the owner and gave her 28 days to reply to my complaint which has now passed. I have listed my complaints below which i detailed on my letter. The melon starter wasn't what was portrayed to us, when...

When we arrived, the hotel was empty, no other guests around at all ( meant to be fully booked )! We were then taken up to our room, which we had to climb over black bin bags at the top of a stair case which were left lying out from a store cupboard. Once in the room, we were extremely...

I should have listened to my inner voice when asking for a third time for an email confirmation was told "Sorry I not understand English. Call back at 10" I persevered and trusted that they would have the room ready (a honeymoon suite for 3 nights as it was the only room left) and travelled the 447 miles up from...
