We went for afternoon tea and couldnt find any fault with it sandwiches were fresh cakes were good tea was plentyful what more could you want. The staff were good to would definitely go back again without a voucher

Burnhouse Manor Hotel badly needs renovation. Or, even better, should be torn down, because it lacks any modern architectural concept, hardly anything is new here. The food (breakfast) clearly is below average.
Visited with my partner for afternoon tea with a groupon voucher.
Told the soup and when it was presented we were advised it was an additional £1.50 each.
