My family (2+2) stayed here for two nights on our first leg, on our first trip to Tuscany. And it was an incredible experience, a great start for our summer holiday. We wanted to spend two nights within the city walls and chose Residenza Sant' Andrea for its location and the great reviews we had found elsewhere. The location is...

The Villa Sant Andrea is a beautyfull place very closed to Pietrasanta and Marina di Pietrasanta. All rooms and suites are styled individually with antique furnitures, you can join a delicious breakfast outside on the terasse with a perfect view or relax at the pool after an exciting sightseeing day (Pisa and Lucca are closed by, Florence is only 100...

I have waited a while to write my review to ensure my feelings about this place were not just holiday bliss. Villa Sant'Andrea for me is a slice of heaven. It is an absolutely stunning place run by warm, friendly, caring people. We visited in early October and had the place virtually to ourselves. We were two couples and we...

The appartement we lived in was huge and spacious. The pool was very nice surrounded by beautiful gardens and the terrasse where breakfast is served has the most amazing view. We stayed there two adults and a child age 7. The location was a perfect starting point for trips to the beautiful City Piétrasanta only 5 minutters by car and...

We stayed at the Villa Sant’Andrea for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. It is extremely well priced for such a high standard of service. In comparison to other places in the area, it is by far the best. It is tucked away in the hills, overlooking Camiore and Pietrasanta, and is accessible by bus or taxi. This...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A magnificent eighteenth century residence nestled within the Versilia hills, dominating the Tuscany coast, surrounded by picturesque Italian gardens and centuries-old olive groves. The restoration, carried out with full respect of the original building materials, has created a stylish holiday retreat, which retains all the charm of the historic residence together with the tranquility and privacy of a private home. The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, Versilia plains and Tuscan hills can be appreciated from the house, swimming pool, gardens and terrace, where continental breakfasts are served with fresh local produce. The large living rooms are a triumph of 18th century frescoes with beautiful beamed ceilings, fine period furniture and unique pieces of art.The six guest rooms and suites, all overlooking the enchanting landscape, are furnished with authentic antiques and some characterized with clever design touches. The stylish bathrooms are finished with fine Italian marble and hand-painted ceramic tiles. At Villa Sant'Andrea your holiday is relaxation, nature, art, culture and sports. In addition to the local medieval town of Pietrasanta, the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena are easily reachable through landscapes of rare beauty. The marble quarries of Carrara in which Michelangelo carved his masterpiece are a short drive away as are the "Cinque Terre" and the Alpian Alps. The famous beaches of Versilia with surfing, sailing schools and the golf course at Forte dei Marmi are located just minutes away. Relaxing walks through country paths from the villa leading to ancient villages such as Saint Lucia and Monteggiori or designer shopping in the fashionable centre of Forte dei Marmi are only part of what is available to complete your holiday. ... more   less
