Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Love the attention of the staffs here, so willing to help in all aspects. We stay for 3 nights, in 2 rooms setting type, the Private room and Duplex. They use the Roman Tiles as a wall as part of their construction, in a way you will hear the sound next to you so clearly. Location is about 2 km from the city center, they have quite limited space for parking.

To avoid because it is not a real hotel! It's a converted warehouse floor. Does not meet the standard of a hotel, especially for the price very expensive. Valid only for dorm rooms but not at all for single rooms. From the best hotels around and cheaper and more in the hotel standards for this price. Room not very clean. Room without window directly on the reception. Noisy and infected mosquitoes. Nevertheless, the staff friendly and friendly but some do not speak English at all. Breakfast of the most simplistic while qualified as 'superb' on the booking site. I never saw that! Only bread and a bowl of rice! To see the photo !! Attention, the good comments and photos relate to the coffee shop that is in front. But it's not with the hotel.

I was struggling to find a place in Trang to stay, on a road trip from Krabi back home to KL. This place was nothing short of outstanding, as a hostel. Clean, affordable, very well located, and outstanding staff who speak excellent English. We booked two private rooms, which were extremely well appointed with excellent Trang-inspired decor with a private bathroom and a terrace. Next door, there is also a workspace which would fit in perfectly in any top-rate Scandinavian/European hostel. In itself, this place is sufficient reason to make a trip to Trang. On top of that, Trang is an absolute culinary delight, and a great point to rest before venturing into Ko Muk and the outlying islands, or even the Satun Geopark. Well done

Location is perfect which is within 1km from Cinta City, we went there to celebrate Loi krathong Festival with the local people there. A lot of local Thai foods! The best customer service given by the staffs and receptionist especially the guy name SiMo! Comfortable bed and cozy space! We definitely come back again..

A small hostel with cafe and co-working space at the front. The room is nice and new. Both private and shared dorm-type accommodations are available. Private room is well equipped with private bathroom. Flat screen tv, wifi, hair dryer, warm shower in the room but no fridge.
