The price was so good we booked two rooms, one for the wife and myself and one for my MIL. The hotel is clean and within walking distance of several dim sum restaurants as well as the Trang Railway Station area. If you are driving there is adequate parking outside in front of the library next door. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful, the hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are pretty large size, the beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The bathroom is not huge but the shower is of good size. They provide a small refrigerator and free water each day. Our only cons were it can get a big noisy with large bus tour groups (many of them youth groups) coming in and out, outside of floors 4 and 5 is an atrium that is all tile so the sound just echoes. Also, the train tracks are directly across the street although no trains run at night. Another small gripe is there is no furniture in the room, although they have a makeup table with a stool there is no table and chairs for sitting and working or eating. Although we had a few small complaints overall we were very happy with the hotel and would stay here again, especially at the price we paid.

We stayed here 3 nights and it was a good experience. The room was very spacious and had most of the amenities provided for our stay. The hotel is fairly modern and very clean. Breakfast was served on order and was quite delicious! There is an enormous market across the train tracks and there is also a Night Market that happens several times a week. We found many good foods there and it was our nightly entertainment.

Affordable and comfortable hotel. There is nothing fancy about the hotel but the location is good, it’s not expensive and clean. The location allows you to easily walk to the weekend market and the weekend night train market and a couple local bars. We had a view of the temple with the happy Buddha. I would stay there again.

I’ve been travelling in SE Asia for two months and this is one of the best places I have stayed in! I can not believe some of the reviews I read about this place as it is honestly really good! I got a room on the 5th floor with a view and balcony. Booked 2 nights but extended my stay. Room is big with good bathroom with hot and cold shower. Room has lots lf space and hanging rack. Good AC, TV and small fidge with complementary juice and green tea and water plus small snacks. Bed is really comfortable. American breakfast was good with fried egg, sausage, toast, salad, jam, banana and coffee. There is no reason to feel unsafe as there are cctv cameras in every corner. So would be very hard to try and break in as some review suggested. When I arrived I was quite ill with a fever. The next day I had to go to the hospital and the staff was very helpfull. I got a ride to the hospital and back and was even taken out for food after the hospital so that I could take my medicine. They took good care of me as I was ill and as I was travelling alone I truly appreciate it. The only teeny tiny down side is the TV only has thai channels. I probably would not have noticed if I wasn’t sick and stuck in the room for several days. As I hardly watch tv while travelling. All and all I would truly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Trang. I was in a another hotel in town before and this was far better for the same price!

For 800 baht per night without breakfast I cannot find one negative about this hotels staff service cleanliness location quality water pressure. I was even gifted complimentary a box French heart biscuits, a very kind touch appreciated by the management. I stayed in July and ill be staying here again in October. Only request is charge 150 baht a day for renting the scooty not 250. Keep up the good work and see you again in mid October:). Keep up the good work.

As Trang is a very small city in the South, there're not so many big hotels or resorts. Maison de Cheer is one of good places there. The hotel is quite new. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good. It's near many restaurants. I believe it's near the main road of the city. In-room facilities are okay. There're tv, air-con, warm-water control in bathroom. not sure about hairdryer. U may ask the hotel again. But you can hear noises outside the room sometimes, such as when people are walking pass your room.

Right next to the train station. Very close to night market. The breakfast was alright. The staffs were ok. The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom has hot shower, shampoo and shower gel. Overall, this is not a bad place to stay.

Budget style hotel, with very simple decor. However very clean and new furnishings. Close to train station and handy for Andaman Islands Tour & Travel who were booking all my trips and Accommodation for me. Staff very friendly at the hotel. Free coffee, but not tea in the reception area. Bring your own teabags as lots of hot water and cups. I had a room with small balcony but which was blocked with panels as part of external decor .Other rooms had open balconies with view over the street to the train station. Did not bother me as I could do my washing and hang it out on the balcony without anyone seeing it! Fridge and air con in room.

Medium size hotel by the main road , opposite of train station. Lift access to all floors. Descent size rooms and bathroom. Doesn't have coffee and tea making facilities in room. Hair dryer provided upon request. Bed sheets are clean, housekeeping can do a better job with the floor mop. The wash basin in my bathroom have a leak, told them everyday for the 5 nights I was there, still not fix when i check out. Mini markets and eateries are within walking distance. Rooms are noisy , can hear people walking pass the room and talking.
