We chose this wonderful place for cooking classes in Italy because my family came from nearby and I wanted to feel the presence of my ancestors!!!! i was able to visit their town because our gracious host arranged for me to go there! it was an amazing experience. The Italian countryside at the Palazzo in Carunchio was a beautiful site...

As one of the 'Final 13' guests of the school's 2016 season, all I can say it was worth every second spent traveling from western Canada to this beautiful, untouched region of Italy. Beautiful views from the Palazzo, beautiful little village perched on a mountainside, beautiful hostess and staff. Can't imagine having a better time any where! Cooking classes were...

Located in Carunchio, a small town of about 600 people in the Abruzzo region of Italy, the Palazzo is on the top of the mountain, with the Adriatic Sea just visible on the horizon. The staff of the school are excellent, everything neat and clean, with interesting side trips to a cheese factory, olive orchards and press, bell foundry, and...

We found this gem through Groupon and thought "how cool would it be to visit an Italian countryside region and experience their ways of life and get to cook". Everything from pick up at airport, arrival at Palazzo, excursions to Vasto, Agnone, olive grove, tour of Carunchio, truffle hunting, to our last night, were beyond our expectations. We came as...

My family and I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The entire staff is unbelievable, they are caring and attentive in every way. Every event planned is amazing, even just hanging around talking to the staff and other guests is wonderful. I enjoyed every second and was sad I had to leave. If they had availability for the...

Just finished our culinary tour at the Palazzo. It was so much more than expected. Massimo and the staff treat you like family. The food and wine are spectacular and the side trips to the fish house, the bell foundry, the olive farm and the winery were all top notch. Dino the chef was so much fun to work with...

The Palazzo Tour d'Eau was everything we anticipated and far more. We were a group of 9 women and there were another 9 guests during our stay. We never heard any negative comments. The atmosphere, accommodations, Carunchio, classes, food, etc. were all excellent. The very best part of our trip was the friendships we made not only with other guests...

We have traveled the world over the years and really came with no expectations about this cooking class. We found a good price on Groupon and booked it. And then we arrived! Oh, my gosh! Everything about it is fantastic. The staff paid attention to every little detail and they kept us busy just the right amount of time. The...

Cristina and the staff made our stay easy. Dino and Cheryl were wonderful helping us prepare delicious foods. In general, the lunch and dinners were superb. The palazzo was situated in a nice hill where you can see mountains and beautiful scenery around you. In brief, it couldn't have been more enjoyable. Thank you to Cristina and the staff for...
