Oh dear, please do not book here if you want a decent break. The hotel is more than run down, it seriously is like an old prison. The only good thing about the room is it is a good size, the bad things are too great to list but electrics are dated and appear dangerous. Beds very noisy and constantly...

Please pass this hotel by as in dire need of some TLC a real safety hazard . would need to close to bring it up to any standard at all. The only good thing was that the food was of a fair standard and outwith there control the sun did shine .also the view from the pool was nice.

In the beginning, before we got to the room, we went to the pool bar. we were all inclusive. However, the drinks were made from the cheapest alcohol can be about 20%, served in plastic cups of 100 ml can. There were no coconut drinks. But you have to pay 4 euros for a good whiskey JB was also 4...

We stayed at the Alborada for 1 week from 11th Feb. At first impression on arrival, reminded us of a NCP car park. A typical 60s construction. The hotel could really do with some serious investment and updating. Yes the rooms are very spacious and kept very clean. And as previously said, only 1 pillow. All I did was ask...

Just returned from an all inclusive week here, this was our first all inclusive holiday. First impressions were not very good. The building doesn't have a good looking frontage, the rooms were rather tired and could benefit from a little refurbishment, the room we were allocated had no kettle (until we asked for one) and a broken bed base. The...

We paid as much as a week in a British caravan park for this holiday (including flights) so all in all we got what we paid for and more. To all those people moaning and giving bad reviews...put your hands in your pockets and spend more next time. Our children, who are under 2 and 6 years old have a...

Hi Nikki, Thank you for your review......as you say, plenty of food, sun and fun is what makes a great holiday. We had a problem with water as there was a burst water main in the village which affected everywhere and unfortunately was out of our control, but it was soon rectified. The bus to Los cristianos is only 1:50...

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star! The rooms are so unbelievably dated, usually I can look past a dated room but with the prices they charge it's unacceptable! The whole complex reminds me of a prison, with the entire thing being unfinished dirty concrete. The 'sea view' is not a sea view at all, just a view of the...

Hello Chicki B, I have to admit to being rather confused .......if you live here in Galletas, why would you be staying at our hotel, and of course you would know that the village is a LOCAL ex-fishing village, and this is how we advertise it....... As for going to stay at Hard Rock Hotel in Playa Paraiso, this is...

The best part of this holiday was the weather, thankfully. The hotel is very tired and dated, however the rooms are quite spacious, unfortunately the cleaner seemed to get a little lost. We had to beg her to clean it after a few days but instead of changing the towels that we'd put into the bath as in previous hotels,...

Hello Kathy, As i am sure you are aware rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 2 days, and if you are here for 7 nights your bedding is changed half way through the week. Had you gone to reception, they would have spoken to the cleaning supervisor who would have checked her list for your room cleaning days......I can...
