My company uses this hotel and this was the first time that I have stayed. It is a great hotel with very nice sized rooms, which you do not typically see I Europe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very good with many choices. Great property and I look forward... More

Overall the hotel is a mix of traditional elements with a lot of modernisation, which for the most part works well. The rooms are a good size with modern bathrooms. The furniture is very functional, again with sufficient space. The meeting rooms are good. The food is good, i.e. breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner. Good choice and good quality.... More

I stayed for 1 night, November 17-18, 2015; for business. I was part of a conference in this hotel, about which I have mixed feelings. The good is that there is a lot of free parking, and the rooms are great! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, and there is definitely a "personal touch" in the preparation of the... I have been visiting Land & Golf Hotel Stromberg once a year since 2008 as part of a business retreat my organisation holds annually. The hotel is located 15 min off A61 in the Hunsrück, a a low mountain range in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is bounded by the river valleys of the Moselle (north), the Nahe (south), and the Rhine... More

The Stromberg is a countryside hotel that's set in the middle of nowhere. As such your choices of what to do around the hotel are rather limited and the restaurant is quite expensive. They have golf, gym, outdoor pool etc. My room this time was on a high floor with restricted head space. I found it rather oppressive and decorated... More

I spent a few days in this hotel, due to a professional event. Located in the green landscape, far away from anywhere else, it's ideal to have relax (provided that you want be really isolated: even mobile network is quite poor). Rooms are nice, even if the ones on the last floor have a low roof. The breakfast and the... More

This hotel offers more than the usual golf and convention hotel. There is ample, free parking at and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For users of public transport, plane, train etc. the hotel is a bit remotely located. The hotel staff are competent and courteous. It is nice to be greeted with a friendly smile. Most reception and... More

Stayed there three nights in early May to visit with family in the area. Very pleasant location on a wooded mountain side. Nice hotel with very accomodating staff. We arrived early after an overnight flight from the US and our room was ready at 9am. Restaurant is very good, especially the extensive buffet breakfast. We are not golfers but we... More
