Beautiful views from the front room, cozy and clean blue room with double bed and living room part with small TV. Very spacy bathroom, cleaned every day. Good coffee, poor wifi. Overall a nice 4 day stay in Normandy to have a lot of fresh air by the sea... :)

Obviously a busy family hotel and showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms were clean although bathrooms could do with renewing. Building obviously gets heavy use and it's after mid season so to be expected. Very quiet at night - not street noise... until early morning when the pipes started up; very loud plumbing sounds and as other guests have... More

We were travelling back home and wanted to stay by the sea. It was quite late and this was the only hotel we found. They had a four bedroom and it was nice. Quite big room with one double bed and two pull out beds. Quite comfortable. The furniture and beds were a bit old but still nice. The bathroom... More

This was a return visit for us after visiting the hotel many times in the past .The welcome was very friendly and helpful as we arrived much earlier than anticipated and room made available quickly. As people have noted the rooms are small but views more than make up for this ..if you request a sea view. The food was good... More

Older style hotel with small rooms but some with views over the sea. Staff were very helpful offering to carry our friends bags upstairs. The fish dinner we had that night was delightful and reasonable. Only had bottled beer in the bar but this maybe because we were early in the season. Parking was available in the courtyard upon request.... More

Good location on the broadwalk. Walls are thin like paper, we could hear every conversation, every toilet flushed. There was a pipe, I think heating pipe, somewhere in the hotel which made an horrible noise all night. We woke up like 10 times. We hear other people complaining, trying to turn water on and off to keep the pipe quiet. We... More

This hotel has an absolute beachfront position, with a terrace on the sand of Juno beach, scene of the landing of the Canadian contingent in 1944. The hotel dates from around then, is my guess, and the structure of the building means that the rooms are very small. Since they would have had a bathroom down the hall when constructed,... More

Stayed here two nights. The rooms were bright, loved being able to open the window facing the Channel to hear the soft surf at night. Very clean. Didn't even turn on the TV. Dining room had a good menu and the food was well prepared, not over-priced. Lovely breakfast with made-to order eggs. Plenty of parking, Good location to explore... More

Le Clos Normand I stayed for three days at this hotel in late may,2015. I was able to get a beach front room and it had a fantastic view of the beach. The rooms were bright and clean. I thought the walls were probably the thinnest of any hotel I've stayed at because of the noise you hear from the... More
