This past September (2015) was our 4th stay at this family run hotel, and it just keeps getting better. We honeymooned at Adersberg in 1975 and simply fell in love with the place. Our top 5 reasons you should consider Hotel Adersberg when you are in this part of Germany: 1. Friendly family business (3 generations) with an excellent staff....

Our night at the Flair Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was so peaceful, and the view from our room was spectacular! Unsure of where our GPS was directing us, we were absolutely delighted to find the well appointed chalet at the end of the narrow alpine road.

We stayed here for one week, and booked a room in the best category on the second floor on the backside of the hotel. From there on the balcony you have a stunning view on the Chiemsee. The room was Ok, we had two separate chairs where you can sit, although they are a bit worn out. In the room...

We chose this hotel just as a stop over to break up a long drive. It far exceeded our expectations. The inn is in amongst the hills with great views over lake Chiemsee. It seems to be very popular with hikers as numerous other guests were setting off up the hill with their gear. The rooms may be a little...

I booked this hotel because I wanted an accommodation far enough from the Autobahn to reduce the noise load to zero. Condition fulfilled: it is a lovely house in the hills above Chiemsee, with a beautiful view of it. But there are two types of rooms: those on the first and second floor (second and third, US nomenclature) facing the...

Great old hotel, very warm and friendly. Fantastic, large room, great bathroom. Exceptional breakfast. Their restaurant did an excellent job with dinner. An elegant feel. Up in the hills over the town, make sure your GPS is on!

We stayed here a couple of nights to explore the Chiemgau region. The staff was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. We ate dinner here once and that was a disappointment, but that is the only negative, and there are certainly other choices for dinner in the area. An excellent value.

We chose this hotel via the Internet, and were somewhat worried when our GPS directed us up a steep and narrow alpine road. After checking with one of the locals (who assured us that the hotel was at the top) we drove two kilometers up the mountain and found the Berggasthof Adersberg. It was well worth the effort. The hotel...

A bit hard to find (above all in the night) but situated in a stunning place; the silent was deafening and the night never been so dark. There was aistake with our reservation (we booked two rooms) but we were given a larger room with two bedrooms and a little dining room (but only one bathroom) - and a small...
